Wanted to buy contacts since the *** made contacts inaccessible to the American people by their lobbying of the government to restrict affordable websites. Tried this website and accidentally ordered wrong, so contacted customer service. I tried to be respectful and cordial as possible even when I was confused and asked questions. Service was unclear and they got impatient with me after I didn’t know what they were talking about. I ended up finding out after asking specifically that I should be on the website and even then, I felt like I was imposing on them when I was asking how to approve payment on the ***** *** app which did not exist. I work in customer service so I understand how difficult it can be, but this was just unacceptable. They were just plain rude.

I just went to a job here and got it just waiting on my background to come now, all that aside this location is stop it's a robotic Army that make completing the job a lot simpler and more efficient

I recently placed my first order with AC Lens. My prescription is for graduated lenses and has been hard to fill at several optical shops in years past. AC Lens sent me my finished new glasses in about 10 days from order and they were perfect out of the box. The round lenses I prefer were NOT overpriced optical shop prices but very fair. I can't imagine a better experience. I will use them again and am referring my friends as well.

I uploaded a PDF of my prescription and it was verified in three days. Shipping took a few days. All together, from ordering online to receiving was about a week. Great! I saved a ton of money because my eye doctor was going to charge triple for the same contacts. Ugh. Just wish I could use my insurance coverage.

Refused to fill my order due to an expired prescription that, by Florida law, must be accepted for two years. It's only been one. Been buying from you for years. Poor customer service. I won't be back.

Script was expired by one week and they were unwilling to take my order. I broke my glasses and am unable to make an appointment due to virus closure. Oregon is closed for the next two months and non emergency appointment are not being taken. An exception should be made considering these circumstances. Very poor customer service.

Bought eyeglasses for my 6 year old son 7 months ago and they worked well. Last week the nosepiece broke off and I called their customer service dept because they have a 1 year warranty. New glasses were received 2 days later and I shipped the broken ones back using a prepaid label. Great customer service, I’m very satisfied.

I am the type of person that will always read reviews before trying a company online. And let me tell you I am pleasantly happily surprised! I placed my order last Friday the 10th, chose priority shipping (I believe it’s the second choice & it only cost me $8) and my contact lenses arrived today Monday the 13th!! Can I just say wow!! *********** always charges me $100 for the same brand/ style with insurance and it takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, AC LENS charged me $66 (shipping included, first order 20% off). I have my contact lenses on now and they feel great...my vision is 20/20 lol! I wanted to take the time to leave a review because I myself can appreciate honest reviews. By the way I did upload my lenses prescription with the signature of my eye doctor at time of purchase and yes you can absolutely request this from them, it’s free. Perhaps this may be the issue with some customers, AC has to verify your prescription, if you upload it instead I think that process is a lot faster... :)

I placed order. It took a while to set up and submit and approved. After that, I received confirmation and said it will take 14-30 days to receive from manufacturer. This information is known at the time of placing order or even when lenses are displayed. It should be stated in the site and info for the product and save lots of time to people who are not willing to wait that long. I felt mislead by the information presented in the web site

Discount Contact Lenses cancelled my order, with no notification, and then told me they couldn't cancel my credit card charge and I would need to contact my bank. Total Scammers. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS SITE.

This was my first time purchasing any contact lenses online, but I really wanted to try it because of price and convenience. After doing some online research, I decided to try AC Lens. Online review were mixed, but I decided to give it a try. I was very pleased! I had to contact my eye doctor because my prescription had changed, which delayed the process slightly. But AC Lens was in communication with me the whole time and the entire process only took a little over a week. The contacts I received were what I requested, and it was all very easy. I will definitely order from AC Lens again!

Ordered contacts and it took about 1 month to receive them. Proclear toric. Then the lenses are defective. Everytime I open a pair ither the left eye is bothersome or I cant see out of the right. Smh never again.
