I called prior for an appointment and was told it would take about 1 hour to have trans fluid added, etc. I was there for 2.5 hours (845a-1115a) which was perfectly fine as it had to cool down for an hour. The tech replaced someone else's mirror in the meantime and then invoiced me for 3 hours, then swore he worked on it for over 3 hours when I asked how that was possible. So ... $680 later, no trans fluid added, fuel filter still leaking and check engine light still on for a MAF sensor i guess I'll replace myself.

I'm fairly experienced in auto repair, when I was younger. So I'm a little picky with who touches my vehicles.
That being said, when any repair comes up that I can't do myself, I will just have my car towed to these guys. Period. They are very honest, and didn't jack my price up, any of the times, when they could have. Jeff in particular spent enough time on the phone with me , that he should have charged me extra. Thank you Jeff
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they are always right on time with repairs, and the one time there were unforeseeable complications their communication was great.

BUYER BEWARE: bait and switch with these guys. They swapped the brakes on my Mercedes for used brakes and rotors! I'm calling the Attorney General. These guys are IMHO quick and dirty. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

Love this place! When you leave a large car dealership service department with well over 2K worth of suggestions for your car and then take it to Acceleration and leave with everything fixed, and some things not needing to be fixed, for $875. Honesty goes a long way!

They fixed the convertible top function on my Mercedes. It seemed like a difficult job and I had trouble finding someone capable of working on such a thing. Didn't matter I had a vintage model, they were able to do fix it back to new. John was who I dealt with mainly and he's pleasant and explained things well. Thanks guys

Great service! The best mechanic in the city is Bill! He knows everything about import cars! And if he comes across something he doesn't know, he will figure it out!! He is the best!!!!
