There are signs posted throughout the store regarding items that are on sale that do not scan properly. Upon further review after purchasing the Libman items they left an expired sign up. I spoke with the manager Jeff Lynn and he refused to honor the price and give me the refund required. This has multiple times at this location and they are attempting to overcharge customers on an ongoing basis. Make sure to check your receipts as they are operating under an illegal bait under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.

I went to my local Ace Hardware to get Spider/Insect spray and drain cleaner. Items/prices are easy to find, fully stocked and shelves are clean. When I need help, someone is always available to answer my questions.

Limited stock of items. They seem to always have the obscure items you need. Very small store. Hard to navigate with a cart. Very helpful staff.

My go to for any item I do not have in my shop any given day in downtown Columbus. Three steps in and you are greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ask for an item and every one of them knows the exact location. Service like this doesn't exist anymore. Fantastic folks!

The employees at ACE are 5 star. No need to walk around looking for sales personnel like some other stores, they are friendly, knowledgeable and have fantastic customer service and are experienced as well as professional. I found a new hardware store.
