I found exactly what I needed and the employee walked me to the products in the aisle. I also got a key cut for $4, and it works perfectly!

I was looking for a shower valve I looked for it for 10 minut
es and never found it, so I finally found someone who worked in plumbing and they couldn't find it so after being in their for a half hour I left emtey handed.

I normally visit two locations of Ace Hardware stores in Columbus Ohio and anytime that I go these guys are so helpful in any and all ways possible!! They truly help you get the job done and they have a lot of stuff that big hardware stores do not and on top of that they will personally come and help you not only giving you Alternatives but also providing expertise and if they don't know the answer they'll find out for you they are truly amazing I wish I could give them more than just five stars!!!!!

Called and asked if they did tool rentals at this location as google says they do. Was immediately hung up on and it wasn't an accident.
If this is how they treat customers in done here.

I needed a specific item for a washing machine shut off valve. I went to the counter and showed them what I needed. They were able to find it online with the item number and went right to the aisle and got my item. The shop looks small but the store goes back the length of the block. They have anything you need for small projects or home improvement. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a small parking area right of the store or a couple on the street. The store is not wheelchair accessible.
