Called before I came to get synthetic blend, they said the had it drove over waited while the person at the register was finding music on his phone and eating to be helped. Come to find out what I had just asked if they had over the phone they didn't have in stock. Store is disgusting and filthy just like the employees. Won't go back.

The short man with the afro and glasses was extremely rude. He refused to help us when we asked for assistance, so we approached the taller gentleman who wears the durag, who was very helpful. However, the short man with the afro insulted us and got angry simply because we sought help from someone else after he had initially refused. This isn't the first time we've experienced this behavior from him; during a previous visit, he acted similarly, as if he was being forced to work there. He is very disrespectful and should not be employed in a customer service role. In contrast, the taller man was respectful and provided the assistance we needed. The short man with the afro and glasses seemed to want us to leave, as if he hates the store.

Young with a face mask on has a strong disposition in his demeanor. Instead checking out what I asked for specifically. He decided to be my personal mechanic and then sent me to his manager’s register just to call me back over and argue with me about what I was asking for.
