Ms. Lori went above and beyond to help us ensure that our precious daughter, Ava'Lynn Love-Diane Williams, had an amazing celebration service. Although my wife and I were heartbroken by the passing of our daughter, Ms. Lori and the team at Affinity made sure that it was the best experience possible for us.

Affinity Memorial Chapel.... I can't express how in awe my husband and I are with the service that we've experienced.
From the initial call, first meeting, conversation & coordinator in between and the Celebration of Life service.
Our family used the Affinity Memorial back in 2023 and as soon we were informed of our son's transition, my husband stated that we'd use them again.
My family and I are truly grateful for the service Affinity provided.

My god, my god!!!! They did a beautiful job on my momma, I can't say enough word's to say Thk U. When they picked Madea up they were so caring & I knew that I was with the right funeral home. They called home mom the whole time not Maggie or Ms Davis. My Luv & Heart is with Affinity Memorial Chapel. May God Continue To Bless Them N Their Growth As I Will Advocate For Them Also.🙏🏾❤️

Lori Diaz, MIN.Kendrick Brown( A.K.A Brother Wisdom), PREACH Pastor Arthur Davis, PREACH Pastor Ricky Baker, Jason, Mrs. Cameron and Miss. Amber. My uncle made his transition to heaven 2/21/25. But this Memorial Service showed much integrity, comfort, and compassion and gave my family strength and peace to get through this trying time. This Memorial Chapel Is not in it for the money, but to make the families of lost loved ones know that they are not alone in this process. My family couldn’t have been more blessed and in good hands than with Lori and Affinity at the hardest time of our life. Lori cared for my mommy like she was her mom too! The entire team made the day what my mommy would’ve wanted and I KNOW she loved- a classy and beautiful celebration of her life. Lori navigated between mommy’s service and another one that overlapped that day. She was present at both and left us in great care with her team when she she had to be at the other service - all during a cold day in February with icy road conditions. We got well beyond the value of what Affinity charges for their services. Affinity demonstrates that care, dignity and quality can be done at a reasonable price that honors and celebrates the life of the loved one that has passed on. Continue in this ministry of yours and being a blessing to others.

The service was great they worked with me and my brother's my mom passed away and they got her body back to Columbus Ohio in no time they dressed her up really good so by far no complaints thank you affinity.

So this weekend my mom's pastor recommended this place called infinity memorial chapel. I just want to say that I gave them 5 stars .They did an excellent job the staff was friendly they were patient with us. SO I'm putting it out there shout out to you and the staff job well done infinity memorial service. Thanks for making her look so beautiful and her blue dress ? ❤
