The staff appeared to be really nice, but they said they couldn't repair GBBR's which is disappointing... Either way, the store seemed really nice, and the prices were really good from what I could tell.

Amazing customer service. The staff are knowledgeable on Airsoft parts, fields, and just all about Airsoft. They throughly explain what the part does and how it effects game play, would recommend to any new player.

Person behind the counter was extremely rude, I asked to see the ESG-10 and was questioned whether I had the money on me, i didn't have cash but I had card. I've bought from here three times and everyone's always been kind but after that I do not think I will be coming back.

i’m about to start getting into airsoft, came in here today and they had a great arsenal and different variety’s of gear. Jay helped me with everything providing me with the knowledge i need as a beginner, and making sure i had all of the basics that i need for my new m4!

Disappointed with my interactions this store and Jay in the last month. BLUF: Pretty bad experiences with repairs despite spending a lot of money.Found this place several months back. Not only have I spent a lot of money here and bought multiple guns, bbs, gear, and other things. But I highly recommended this place to my friends who in turn spent a lot of money.In the last month I have seen poor interactions between Jay and my friends. Recently my friend was having issues with his lancer tactical gen 2 battle x ( only lancer tactical we have had issues so far with out of about 8 different guns). My buddy spent 200 dollars to upgrade and fix the issues. Jay had repaired the problem and suggested upgrading the gear box. 60 shots into the game- gun stops working due to motor and gear box melting. Mind you he treats Airsoft gun like his baby and hasn’t opened it internally once. He drops it off and waits for a call to hopefully have Jay stand by his work and correct the issue.Well the long and short of it- First thing he says is that it isn’t his fault. He then says that he was not at the game so he doesn’t know what happened. After asking what the next steps are he suggested another repair but the only motors he has are the expensive ones for another 250 dollars. My friend explains the situation and asks to hold off on the repair and then Jay hangs up on him. At the store Jay recognizes him, grabs his gun, hands it him, turns his back on him before muttering bye. Hearing this was shocking! This guy treated us so well with spending time with me being incredibly helpful only to turn around and be rude. The crazy thing was my friend’s dad had an issue the week prior where he was sold the wrong part and Jay was rude when he came back for a solution to which we defended him and stated it was out of character for him! Hopefully this is untrue- but it comes off like unless he is getting more money from me or friends, he is completely uninterested and disrespectful. I can’t wait when I can change my review however until further notice I will not be shopping here based on the disrespect, unprofessional repairs,deflecting of blame and overall trust lost. For the time being I will shop online from airsoftmegastore.com.Please Airsoft Alpha- I love your store. You do great things for beginners and the Airsoft community! Please, I ask you stand by your repairs and correct this issue.

A+! Very knowledgable staff on paintball, airsoft and firearms. If you’re a trigger puller you will want to stop here. The tech there is an experienced player and repair artist. One of the top two cheapest FFL transfers in Columbus. Good prices and very helpful. Don’t buy online, support local and get some good info along the way!
