We have lived here for over 4 years. This apartment was perfect when we moved in. Spotless. The grounds and pool are well maintained. Appreciate the seasonal decor. The office staff is stellar. Special call out to Nicole, Seth and Ken. Kind, thoughtful and caring. Always available and ready to assist. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors great. The location is perfect. Close to everything. We love it here, and highly recommend.
UPDATE. I stopped by the office today at 10:00am to notify them my washing machine was not working. Melvin took care of it within hours. Great service!!

Nicole leasing agent helped me with the process of moving in from out of state and great customer service. Routine maintenance Thomas assisted figured out the solution when the AC went down.

The complex has issues my wife and I stayed here for a few years just moved out and they have so much AC problems and you have to keep complaining to the office they don't want to spend money to get new AC units and alot of maintenance issues glad we moved out.

Emergency maintenance and routine maintenance both were extremely responsive and helpful when my air conditioning went out. I was provided a window unit and 24 hours later the ac was fixed and functioning. Thank you Albany Glen for the great service!!
