The young man that was at the register was rude to me, the person before and the person after. I could have used a little kindness today, but what I got was a nasty attitude. It literally ruined my afternoon

Employees are nice but some things are rarely stocked and I'd say you probably should do something about your mouse/rat problem. It's pretty disgusting when trying to buy pickles and the stuffs chewed up and front row.

I visited this store on Saturday around 3:00pm. This is the worst Aldi store I've been in. I've not been to the Silver Rd store. Nasty unorganized and produce and scanty can goods. No self checkout. Ok this is Morse Rd! Why can't it be as nice as the other stores! Disparaging treatment because we are the melting pot on Morse Rd! Fix this!

I’m sending this right inside of Aldi store at the Morse road location. Need help with an item that was stocked at the far back of the freezer, I waited patiently for help while I bacon to several of the store workers for help, there was this particular guy that was tall enough to reach the item I couldn’t reach, I was calling on him the whole time not knowing that he was purposefully ignoring me, I walked up to him after some minutes and said to him that I needed help with something, he couldn’t even wait for me to finish my sentence, he cut me off and told me that he was busy and will get back to me in few minutes, well I waited for 20 - 30 minutes, he never looked back my way or said a word to me, he just blatantly ignored me the whole time. I heard their supervisor call him George I guess. I wonder if that’s how you treat every customer that walks through your or maybe selective with your customer service?!!

Has gotten just as bad as the Kroger down the street. There are now shady people with various ailments in the parking lot who will gladly intimidate customers out of their carts to keep the quarters. There are never enough cashiers at the registers so forget about quickly running in there for a couple of items. And now they want to held your personal items on the shelf where people bag their items. The security guy said that he would be watching the area....while debating this stupidity and NOT watching that area. Um, no. When I said that he was more than welcome to search my bag after I left, he got even more ignorant. Another place on Morse Rd to avoid because of crime and idiocy.

This use to have quality veggies, especially tomatoes ?, and where's the Bolt house immunity juice. Searching for other locations, maybe they care less about this store, because it serves lots of African people.
