I'm new to Ohio from Florida, and he was absolutely so nice and very helpful, I'm DEFIANTLY going back once i find my mod for juice and coils thanks again for amazingly nice service!!!! I'm looking forward to coming back!!!!

Very first week they opened I met a life long friend. As he was the only one working at the ONLY Alt smoke in Ohio at the time. This place has a great customer program, very knowledgeable staff and I've been smoke free for over 10 years!

Update: Now that points expire in 30 days, not only are you penalizing those who stock up, you have removed 1 of 2 reasons why I shop here. I just paid $10 more than expecting, and after all these years, I'm finding a new vape store. Little things matter or you are just like everyone else! Disappointing.Friendly & helpful staff. My favorite vapor store in the city!

I really like this shop...the only complaint I have is the last 2 times the new employees working couldn't find me in the system when I have been going here over a year. I didn't get my points the first time but I was happy they gave me 10% off my order since I was spending quite a bit. The second time I told them please put me back in the system...so we will see what happens next time? Other than that I enjoy the products

Stopped here on my way thru town. My current vape was leaking and awful. I was lucky enough to meet Bennett. He couldn't have been more helpful, kind and attentive. Got all of my issues sorted out and was back on my way cross country. There is a great selection of both mods,accessories and juices with knowledgeable staff. If you're close by,make this your spot! Edit* The cherry lime ginger juice is delish!
