First thing is service is decent and the process is very quick ,there is. Couple of really rude girls up at the front counter.i think they messed up prescription though iv been wearing these glasses for 5 days and my vision is still blurry, they are making me alittle dizzy and giving me a headache.also I went to the hillard location.in Westpoint plaza

The optometrist was great and so was the person helping me with my order. The person helping me needed some assistance from a coworker who immediately tried to upsell me and tell me what to do regarding my application for my insurance despite not knowing anything about what I wanted. I had what I wanted, but she added 20 minutes to the end of the ordering process when she could have just helped to complete the transaction. I have two insurance plans and she argued with me about which one to use only to find out that she used the one I requested because it offered the best discount. She wasn’t going to offer up that information until I pressed the issue because she was adamant that I was wrong. I initially asked her for help because no one had been called for a very long time and multiple people were waiting. She huffed and puffed, told me to sit down, and then called someone else. The person who had an exam before me appeared to still be deciding. He still had 5 pairs of glasses in his hand. He was next and she should have taken him, but when he only purchased one pair of glasses, she seemed very annoyed. She was short and rude to me, him, and her coworker. She was extremely rude to me because I wouldn’t buy an extra box of contacts that I didn't need or want. She was rude because I wouldn't just do what she wanted and I voiced that which only made her madder. I also witnessed the staff reschedule 8-10 appointments because of a computer glitch but they told the patients that the optometrist had an emergency and had to leave for the day. Once they discovered the glitch, they couldn't call the patients back because they already lied to them about why they were rescheduled. Otherwise, the store has a decent selection of frames for women and my contacts were in stock. The men’s department had a better selection and were cheaper, but that’s just how it goes when you’re a woman (the pink tax!) Despite this one annoying employee, I had an excellent experience, as always! My husband went the following day and was given contradictory information to what I was given. Instead of getting the $20 sale club price, he was asked to pay full price. He declined. All he needed to do was pay for a contact exam but I guess no one bothered to tell him that. If he had been given this information, it would have saved him hundreds of dollars on his glasses and all of the benefits that come with the club. Anyway, I still recommend America’s Best.

I went here for an eye exam in 2021 and was told I have dry eyes after reporting some bothersome symptoms. I was recommended eye drops. I used them as instructed, however the issues I had continued to get worse until I had an episode of severe eye pain and loss of vision that landed me in my local urgent care this last Monday. They, in turn, called America's Best for me and got me a same day appointment.I go in unable to see out of one eye, in extreme pain, and am seen by Doctor Li. She precedes to tell me that I have a corneal abrasion, but that it's not a "normal" abrasion, and diagnoses me with a neurotrophic corneal abrasion. She makes a vague statement about it being a nerve problem, and not caused by a physical eye issue or an outside irritant. She refers me out to an opthomologist and sends me on my way with absolutely ZERO pain management, or advice on how to care for my eye until I can be seen by a specialist.2 days later, I get in to see a corneal specialist at OSU. Turns out, it is simply corneal erosion caused by severe dry eye, and I am sent to the pharmacy for lubricating, antibiotic eye ointment and given thorough advice on ways to combat dry eye so this doesn't happen again.It is unacceptable to cause panic in a patient, especially when it was very clear she didn't actually know what the issue was. It is also extremely unethical to send a patient who came to you with a medical emergency away without any sort of care or treatment.I do want to say that the women who work up front are very sweet, and they are not a reflection of the poor care I received by Dr. Li.

Very kind staff. Jamie, Carol and Elaine were helpful, funny and truly concerned about my eyes needs. It wasn't just a routine check up to them. It was a how are things? Elaine asked about my hobbies and my employment, to determine any eye issues but also curiosity and interest in my well being. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I needed new glasses was greeted by the receptionist, got my exam the Eye Dr. Was very thorough and knowledgeable, and then purchased my glasses. I thought the process was quick, easy and affordable in price.

Greeted with smiling, kind faces and great attitudes! Every associate I interacted with was amazing and thorough about procedures during entire process. Reasonable prices and great quality of frames/glasses. I am a repeat customer and have not been let down thus far! Will recommend to anyone needing optical care along with great, fast and accurate service!

I was a bit skeptical of going here, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Everyone was polite, professional, skilled and friendly. Dr. Li answered my questions and took the time to do things well. No one tried to upsell me or use any pressure tactics, which was quite a relief. altogether a very good experience!

Not impressed at all. You bend the glasses to your nose and face, basically the way you like them and they'll bend them back to manufacturer's specs, so when you get them back the bifocals are wrong! I'd like to remind them that they don't wear them I do. The people are nice though, but your glasses will be wrong.

Cameron was the best . Made everything go very smooth and felt comfortable engaging in conversation about what glasses looked best on me . Hands down because of him this is my number one place to come for anything eye exam , glasses , contacts etc . Thank you Cameron !

I never write reviews but this is needed.My daughter got a pair of glasses and just complained that they were off since day one and chose not to wear them and wanted to wear her old glasses. These glasses snapped right in half and we had no back up pair.So we went back and I explained that my daughter hasn’t worn the new glasses because they were off. And, I unfortunately do not know the woman’s name who helped us but she needs a raise.She was so patient, ruled out everything for these new glasses and realized one is the lenses wasn’t sitting correct so she adjusted it and all was well. Then I explained that my daughter isn’t going to wear the frames due to the color and fear she is now going to be picked on at school and instead of automatically trying to sell me new frames and lenses, she offered to see if there was another color option in the same frame to swap out my daughters lenses to a different color so she felt comfortable to wear them at school.This meant the world to my daughter to not have to worry about being picked on over her glasses and that meant the world to me that this employee took the time for my daughter. I highly recommend this company.

I went in yesterday to have my eye glasses adjusted. I went into work afterwards and there was a glare on both sides of my lenses. I washed them multiple times and it wouldn't go away. I stopped in today to see what happened and the woman working told me that the only way that could have happened is from "high heat". I told her that isn't it "high heat" that the lady used to adjust my glasses and she said "no". Come on now, just take some accountability. Now I have to purchase new lenses that are not even two months old. Go somewhere else if you want honest people to work on your eyewear.
