I needed a new water tank and someone recommended Apex and I'm so glad they did. They came out right away and Rob and Chad were very professional and got the work done quickly. They went over all the options I had and didn't pressure me to get the most expensive one. I then needed a new furnace and air conditioner, so I called Apex again and they put them in quickly. The thing I liked the best about all the Apex employees that came to install things was that they cleaned up after themselves. They left no mess, and everyone was so nice and helpful.

Highly recommend! Apex Plumbing, Heating & Air Pros was so easy to work with. They were quick with availability for our plumbing needs in our basement. I had the pleasure of working with Hunter. The service was quick and very cost efficient, Hunter was very helpful and was very informative. All around great experience!! We will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

It took Apex 4 days to replace a toilet and charged each day they came to justify charging 1100.00. I know their Techs must not know their craft as they would push it off to the next guy
Trust me Apex doesn't have a clue as to what their doing.Be smart pass on Apex

Hunter diagnosed and corrected the issue quicker than I expected quite honestly. Very knowledgeable and experienced ( very personable, pet friendly, and just a nice dude which means more now a days) - looked at quite a few things including the layout to accurately locate and remedy the issue efficiently. Continued running water afterwards to ensure the issue was indeed corrected - not common. Highly recommend him and if needed again down the road I’ll chase him down.

I wish I could leave 10 stars...Eric came out did an inspection of my 30 y/o furnace that I inherited from the previous owner. I filed a service request with AHS and their technician came out and focused on trying to sale me a furnace, a/c system, and a water tank. AHS and their technician did nothing in 11 days. APEX came out Christmas Eve and got the furnace going. No sales pitch. Just a thorough inspection including pictures and a running furnace. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, Eric..
