We purchased a freezer from this store a few days ago. They gave us false information to sell the unit and they do not honor their promise about return. They come up with all kinds of excuses not to honor their promise. I specifically asked the sales person about the return policy and he said if there is a problem your can return it within 7 days without a fee. Now they are not keeping their promise. Even though it has been less than 7 days and we want to return the freezer due to a problem, they want to deny that there is a problem (they don't consider giving false information as a problem), and they say "you cannot return it because you have used it." We have been testing it for a few days. How can you find out if there is a problem if you do not plug in the freezer and put a few things inside to see if it works well. I called the manufacturer about the issue and they acknowledged the problem and they are sending a technician to take a look at it. Yet, the store does not accept that there is a problem, they don't care about the fact that they gave us false information, they make up excuses not to accept a return. Really disappointed!

Will update as we get progress-Took my time shopping around for new appliances. While the sales guy was super patient with my questions, I’m not happy about my purchase there. Purchased washer & dryer set on 3/05/23. Was told it should take about a week for delivery but due to supply issues/covid etc it could take up to a month. Since my current washer dryer are still (barely) functioning I figured we can try to hold out that longReceived an email on 3/13 (the day after the scheduled delivery date they put on the paperwork) stating that the delivery day to the warehouse/store is May 29th! That’s about 12 weeks. I called to speak about this situation and what could be done. We would have to pay a restocking fee (up to 50% of purchase price!) if we wanted to swap it out with something that could be here sooner.Update*** the day after posting this I was contacted by the store to figure this out. Spoke with both store employee and manager. Thankfully it’s delivery day to store was updated to 4/10. It actually ended up being earlier and the set was delivered to my home on April 5th about a month after purchase, much appreciated!! The delivery was smooth and the gentlemen that delivered were great.

Bought a GE washer from them almost a year ago. The last 2 months it has not functioned properly and GE warranty has replaced the control board twice and it still is doing the same thing! I reached out for help and Adam the manager responded in good faith. Giving GE one last chance to make things right on this lemon. My suggestion...get the Appliance Smart warranty and let them handle situations like this!

we just had the worst experience with this store we want to warn people to be careful , this company is not honest,professional, reliable and customer friendly! We bought couple of mattress on 10/25/2022 and paid the price in full and they said they will have to transfer them from another store and they told us they will have it next week, after abut 2 weeks they said it is here when I went to get them we found out they were not what we ordered (we gave them exact descriptions and sizes when we placed our order !) we waited another week and they called us said is here we went there to pick them up and they said they couldn't find them in store?and after another 2 weeks waiting we decided to call so it was described presidential HOT LiNE called tow times and left messages and didn't received any call back! finally we called and canceled the order and went to another store and bought them and was delivered next day. Don't buy anything from them if they don't have them in store and if you did don't pay them upfront and create headache for your self.

I paid for installation. I took a day of at work so I can be home. I get contacted day before that the installer is going on the vacation and can’t come. And someone is going to call me to set a time to come out. No one called and when I called to the store the gentleman who answered the phone (was aware of situation but didn’t want to disclose his name) said : “sorry no one will be installing this tomorrow” maybe the next week. This is unacceptable. I’m beyond frustrated with this service.

They did not correct the issue so reposting. All they do is lie. I waited for over an hour at this store as a sales associate helped another customer fix the order the store had messed up. I should have taken the hint. Strike 1. I moved forward with the purchase of a refrigerator. I paid for delivery, installation, and to have the doors removed for installation. The delivery guys were great. The removed and installed new fridge, including taking the doors off the new fridge to access my kitchen, a service for which I paid extra. The fridge ended up not fully working within minutes of installation. Strike 2. I called the store to report the issue. They said they could not do anything. The best they could do was have me wait nearly two weeks for a technician to come look at it, not fix it, but look at it. I posted a bad review and suddenly they called me with options. I accepted their remedy of a new fridge to be delivered by “x” date. I took my review down. X date came and they had to reschedule. Ok, I thought, they are trying. We reschedule for “y” date. Y day comes and now they tell me they cannot replace my fridge as agreed because they cannot take doors off a fridge, even though I paid for the service. Strike 3. It has now been 3 weeks without a fully working fridge. They have lied repeatedly to me and do not care. They receive so many negative calls they have a President’s Hotline to field them all. It is all a joke. Furthermore, if the lies were not bad enough, their scratch and dent prices are not appreciably lower than Lowe’s and Home Depot sale prices. Go to a big box store during one of their many sales and buy better.

This company is a joke and I will never deal with them again. We bought a new speed queen washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. They delivered a dryer that was broken and wouldn't heat up. They said they would replace with a new one.. after 10+ phone calls and failing to deliver on days they said they were coming now they tell us to call speed queen for a warranty claim. The sales man and manager of the store have been rude to my wife on many occasions but when I call they are totally different. I wish we could return both our units as this company does not deserve to be in business any longer.

Buyers beware. These guys sold us something that did not exist in order to bait and switch us to something more expensive. Then we struggled to get a refund bc they were “too busy.” Too busy scamming other people maybe. Plenty of other places to spend our money. Oh and their “President’s Hotline” is an answering machine. Total joke.

Don't waste your time here, there prices are extremely high, they don't honor what the prices on the items are. They are pushy and rude! Wanted to buy a specific dryer asked if he could come down any lower due to the damage, comes back and tells me all items are priced wrong and tacked on $100 more!! Salesman was pushy, rude, ignorant, so was the manager of the store. He didn't care and I even had a screenshot of the item and price, they took the tag off and threw it in the trash like it didn't exist. Went to best buy, scratch and dent, payed less and actually got a better deal with a 5 year fix if any problems, so I would say steer clear of this establishment their to high priced and very very rude amd pushy!!! If I couldnid give a 0 star!!!!
