I wouldn't bother using this place because if they have to do any extra work outside of the norm, they will deem you "too much trouble" and tell you never to come into their facility again. You can't make this kind of absurd nonsense up people. Apparently, they don't care what kind of reputation they set for themselves or how their image is portrayed to others. I run a business myself and send my clients in to the ArcPoint locations across the U.S. when I have a client in their area that I am needing a simple urine collection completed on. I have never had an issue with their locations until now. I guess Samantha was feeling overworked because she had to pick up the phone and call me regarding a "missing" FedEx billing slip. I know how strenuous and difficult this must have been on the poor dear but I included everything needed to complete my request, including a drug testing kit for the collection. A FedEx bag with the paid billing slip was in the bag because the sample has to be shipped back to our lab for testing. This is a service this facility stated they provide and I am paying them for this service as well as their time and any "trouble" that may arise. All because she had to pick up the phone and call to ask for another label Samantha says and I quote, "DUE TO HOW MUCH TROUBLE YOU WERE TO DEAL WITH, WE ASK THAT YOU NEVER SEND ANYONE IN AGAIN." Excuse me, what did you say?!? I didn't realize that phone call you had to make was so troublesome for you. If I'm being completely honest here, I would say that I am the one that had to deal with the most trouble considering I had to email over another FedEx label since the one I provided was somehow "lost." Apparently they don't care whether they have business or not. Maybe they're just lazy! Whichever it is, it is extremely poor practice to treat your paying customers this way and I will tell everyone to stay far away since the staff cannot be bothered to do their job!

This place is an absolute joke. Website for blood work indicated they close at 5pm. Got there at 4:30 on Thursday. They are closed. Sign on their door has a new time placed on top of the original time, stating that they are now only open until 4pm. I call the number that was on the door. A gentleman returned my call and informed me that their hours changed during the pandemic because they had no one able to stay until 5 so they are only open until 4pm. I totally get it. He also stated that they’ve asked the company to update the website to reflect the new business hours…Lol I come back the following day at 3:07. Guess what?! They tell me I have to be there no later than 3…. Im completely confused because I thought you were OPEN UNTIL FOURRR? No??A complete waste of time and gas two days in a row. I would advise everyone to find another company!EDIT TO OWNER: Yesterday you told me the business was open until 4! You could have simply stated that although you are open until 4, I would need to come by 3 to be seen. Had you would have said this, I would have come BEFORE 3. You did not, so I can at 3:07. How am I to know how much time YALL need?

I go there on occasion when I’m not able to go to my usual testing site- like today. Wait time is always very minimal, and staff are polite. I would recommend going there for drug testing.

Employees do not wear masks. There is some bs excuse on the door. They messed up an ID on a test that will now have to be redone, and delay things. They don't care about their work or safety of others. RUN. Don't trust them. Now I kind of wonder if they did it on purpose, and messed up collection because I wore a mask when I walked in. Based on other review on here and other platforms they are not a great lab. Avoid at all costs if you're a person or a company.

No mask wearing by any employee in this office. I asked my tech to put a mask on and she said “I don’t have one” then left to get one out front.Refused to wear it properly for the duration of our appointment. Three other customers came in. Two were not wearing masks. None of the employees asked or inquired as to why.Would rate 0 if that were an option.

This place is fantastic; love that I’ve never had to wait and have been tested here multiple times and today went in for some other new hire process. Heidi has been the person helping me the last 3x and is awesome! It’s a shame some people take to being a keyboard warrior to talk negatively about medically exempt employee(s) here who can’t wear masks. They warn you TWICE before they even take you back (once on a big sign on the front door and then you sign a piece of paper specifically saying you’re OK with it or they will grab someone else). People just love to complain. I recommend and will continue to go as long as my employers need me to be tested.
