This is my favorite store at Easton!!! The employees are always so nice and helpful and are great at making sure the experience is perfect. Like every Aritzia i've ever been to, there aren't mirrors in every dressing room which is odd but whatever. Overall, customer service is great and obviously their clothes are fantastic!!

I had a great experience here (in Easton). The girls were super helpful in finding jeans and trying new styles. The dressing room was great and they came back to check on me multiple times. The clothes are a little pricey but good quality and super cute. You can also return items for up to two weeks for a full refund which I think is very fair.

Aritzia has cute clothings so I would visit but I really hate shopping in person because the staffs are always super unfriendly and never offer help when needing different sizes.

I visited on 1/12/25. I found several things to try on. When escorted to dressing room I was placed in a small dressing room that didn’t have a mirror. Every time I tried something on i had to walk out into the large room. There were several employees that helped other guests in the dressing rooms but never once did either of the dressing room employees ask if I needed help. Then as I was paying my daughter found the belt size I was looking for. I asked if I could exchange the one I just bought because it was the belt I wanted the whole time. The cashier acted as if I was asking to cut off her right arm. She was so inconvenienced to help me. I walked out and was so disappointed I paid so much money and was treated like I was a burden to the workers in the store. Needless to say, it gave me buyers remorse. When I drove home two hours away I decided to return a couple things. When I called the store to ask about sending a couple things back for a return she explained I had to call customer service and they couldn’t help in the store. Then I held for 15 minutes The girl I spoke to over the phone was very friendly but the in store workers left a lot to be desired . I don’t know how this company will stay in business honestly.

The store at Easton is nice and decent. The people are ok. (No great service award) It’s the store policy and the online store that has unreasonable and rude policies. I am going to actively discourage people shopping this store or brand. They are very expensive and make exchanges and returns difficult to impossible. Holding people hostage over purchases and exchanges - particularly for Christmas gifts is a terrible policy. Making gifts non returnable or exchangeable is awful. I have three daughters I buy for. Last Christmas I bought too much from this store. And was intending to repeat some purchases but in trying to take advantage of Black Friday I was told my gifts would not be returnable or exchangeable. I had to pay full price and even then one has a short time frame for exchanges. Their returns are inconsistent and poorly trained in store and online. DO NOT SUPPORT ARITZIA.

if there are mirrors in some fitting rooms. and there are no mirrors in the other few. and the store is not full and none of the fitting rooms are full either. how will it appear when certain people are ushered into rooms where they must come out one by one with their items so everyone can witness. and certain other people are trusted to have their fitting behind the weighted curtain for only them to see?
and how does it appear when the employees of aritzia are the ones to make the call of who goes where, because what are biases, and who of us does not have them?
for me it will be micro-aggressions waiting to happen.

So RUDE! While traveling for work we stopped in and no one acknowledged us. Even when the sales girl walks right by she didn’t say hello or anything. I also noticed another woman shopping who seemed to be bothering the associate by simply asking a question. We left and took our money to Athleta where they were welcoming and actually spoke!

The staff is so arrogant! Except for Liliana the girls there think they are above everyone! So bad. If you want nice clothes go to Athleta, Aberocrombie! I had to change a blouse…and they had such a bad attitude! I won’t contribute to their salaries shopping there! They treated me with an attitude!

Shopping at ARITZIA was a lovely experience! Every staff member was helpful and attentive to the style of dress that I was looking for. The place was clean and easy to shop throughout.
The quality of clothing in my opinion is great, which makes the prices worth it.

Don't buy online until you read the return policy! And even if you have followed the directions, you will only get a store credit. And if they do not have in stock the item you want to exchange (for a different size), they will only offer a store credit. And you have to pay shipping both ways
