“I went to Executive Frames on King based on several NextDoor recommendations. I had a picture whose frame had broken. I asked if it could possibly be repaired and, if not, what frame might be recommended for it. Michael told me he'd attempt to repair it, let me look at it, and decide whether it was good as is or whether I would want a new frame. I went in today to look at the repair and it looked great! MIchael had quoted me $25 for the repair but gave it to me for free since it wasn't much effort on his part. I was so impressed by the customer service and the quality of the work. I will definitely go back for future frame needs - highly recommend!”
“I take the yoga class offered at Wanderlust which has been amazing!! This boutique studio is such a vibe- awesome artwork, warm, cozy; all of the best things a yoga space should have. The instructor has a wealth of yoga knowledge and is simply amazing. With each class, she is able to meet the students’ needs. This class is perfect for all levels!”
“Terry Janis has unique, vibrant merchandise and I have loved her shop for over 25 years. She offers high quality products, always gives her customers a fair price and many of the pieces I have purchased whether it be jewelry, decor, kitchen items, I still use on a regular basis. Also there are always great gifts for everyone you know. She often has the most unique jewelry in the city. Something for everyone.”
“Got my first tattoo from Elle and it was a great experience. She gave me a semi colon and provided options for sizing. Everything was clean she was very nice and accommodating. I will be going back again soon!”
“Couldn't recommend more. After working with other studios in another state to shoot for a well-known CPG brand we knew what we were looking for when we came across Chromedge Studios. The space was large, clean, and naturally well-lit which allowed for unique opportunities outside of traditional studio lighting. Fantastic area to boot with coffee nearby for the morning; pizza and craft beer for apres.”
“Very quiet afternoon visit. They were between exhibitions, so a lot of the main gallery was being reset. The past exhibit looked interesting, new artist wasn't my "cup of tea". The woman who was working was very friendly and informative, devoted substantial time talking with my art student son, and directed him to several artists that she thought he would be interested in. Art Access definitely has a large inventory of art in many different mediums. I am pretty centered on landscapes, but we found several still lifes, abstracts and some whimsical pieces that would liven up my office. When the budget allows we definitely will return. Looking forward to visiting again, soon. Highly recommended, and follow Art Access online to keep up with upcoming exhibitions. You will find something you like!”

“Came for an art show my daughter participated in and stayed to meet all the artists, and got to tour all the in-house art studios. Adam and his wife hosted a nice ally party with some local bands of all genres... Good time had by all. I'll miss the independence fest but this was a nice one day event”
“This is an impressive studio space! Wonderful artists and artwork in a variety of media. Talked to a few of the artists who were eager to show their art on display. Will definitely be back!”

We also stopped by the Little blue House right next door. Where we got to see three amazing woman painting. It’s worth a visit for sure.”

“Had a wonderful time exploring this quaint little shop after eating across the street at Schmitts. Lots of quirky and clever gifts. Handmade, local artistry. Outside "room" has so many interesting planters!”
“It's more of a gift shop/gallery than a museum as nearly everything is available for sale. The museum features many talented artists throughout ohio within many different mediums of art.”

“Studios on High Gallery was one of the participating galleries of the monthly Gallery Hop. It is home to 18 artists of different mediums. For the month of August, they are featuring Yesterday's Tomorrow World by Tracy Greenwalt. I enjoyed looking at the different metaphysical themes, including salt shakers, water towers, corn, and bugs. I also enjoyed looking at mixed media pieces by Marty Husted, ceramic sculptures by Denise Romecki, printmaking by Jennifer Jolley-Brown, and cityscapes oil paintings by Jessica Wojtasek.”
“Wild Goose Creative is a community art space that has occasional shows and events. The space is nice- there is a front and back area, room with a stage for performances and is a queer friendly venue and supports many queer artists.”
“08/29/2024 - First time visiting the Beeler Gallery located inside the Joseph C Canzani Center within Columbus College of Art & Design with some friends. I attended an event next door and decided to see some
of the artwork on display. Nice open space that hosts some of the CCAD students’ amazing art pieces. The building itself is a work of art. Nice modern exterior design complimented with a loft like appearance in its interior. One of the artists and also a CCAD student was present and complimented him on his artistry. Thank you, Joshua Fiorello. Nearby parking and street parking available for a fee depending on day. Accessible to all including guests with medical devices. Nice and friendly staff. Enjoy some of Columbus’ finest artist and visiting guests’ works of art.”
“I got invited to an event at the Marcia Evans Gallery...This was something different - something that I would not normally do. It was awesome to meet Marcia and learn about her gallery and the local artest that was featured. This event was well executed - the appetizers were awesome ( gave me some motivation to try some different downtown restaurants), the drinks were awesome (it was nice to be able to sample some craft beers), the art was awesome (I never really talked to a gallery owner before), and live music was awesome (absolutely a great touch), I am looking forward to more of these type events...”

“Sarah Hahn, who teaches sculpture and ceramics, is an incredibly talented artist and instructor. She cultivates a respectful and supportive learning environment, where students feel encouraged to explore their ideas. The Cultural Arts Center is fortunate to have her as an instructor.”
“I attended my first event here a few weeks ago—a moving performance art show where dancers and a live musician expressed their ideas of home and our connection to the environment (the show was called "fault lines"). Abstract art confuses me at times, but being in the space itself with other people made this a communal experience. There was also a fun interactive activity before the performance, where we were invited to create our own collage from magazine photos. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the experience. You can tell they love their jobs and working with the community. The space itself is housed in the historic Lazarus Building, which was built in the Art Nouveau style, as you can tell from the door design. It's a spacious gallery with a number of shows throughout the year. There's also a lovely coffeeshop nearby called Parable that I've visited a few times. I highly recommend going to the UAS if you want a taste of the Columbus arts scene!”
“Nice huge gallery with MANY talented, local artists with inside attached studios. You can view their beautiful creations as well as purchase or commission work. Sculptors, Painters, Jewelers, Print, Abstract, Photography, You name it, the talented are there to welcome you into their studio space and share”

“One of the highlights of our family's trip! This is definitely a place for everyone. My very country, very usually monotone dad even let loose and thoroughly enjoyed it! Lol
I myself as an artist was in heaven ! And the pictures are priceless!!”
“I currently have a show at Fresh A.I.R. and it’s been an extraordinary experience working with them! The gallery is beautiful and they are doing the very important work of fighting stigma!! Mental health should be recognized, supported, and valued, and they’re making sure it is!”
“Great hands on demo class.. it’s a nice starter class to see if you have interest to explore more in this art form. If you are looking for a fun activity that the instructor takes lead and helps you make something beautiful, you will love this.. If you are looking for a start to finish hands on class, you want to ask about other class options.”
“I really cannot recommend Sarah enough. Step into the Archive Gallery and you will be transported to a true blue craftsperson’s workshop- one where you meet the owner and her all female staff (that I’ve observed), and the kind of personal touch and charm that only small business can offer.Sarah turned my order around incredibly quickly and for an unbeatable price. Please - if you are considered going to some giant, awful big box frame shop - reconsider and stop by The Archive Gallery.Vincent Van Meow, the sleepy cat who works there will likely ignore you, however, I believe in his own way he is as efficient, fair, and filled with integrity as Sarah.”
“Working with Jordan Rookus on a geo tat. Very professional and accommodating. Able to take a few thoughts and ideas of mine and turn it into something 10 times better than I imagined. Big fan. Looking forward to scheduling the rest of our sessions to finish my sleeve.”
