My boyfriend and I were there a littler over a month ago looking for a birthday gift. Once we got there, we were greeted by Debbie who was very attentive and patient, listed exactly what we were looking for. As we were looking for the perfect gift, Michelle also helped out in the selection process. The ladies were nothing short of professional, pleasant and welcoming. Makes you want to keep coming back to them.

I had an amazing experience at Ashcroft and Oak. I was looking for new engraved charms for my children’s initials. The customer service was outstanding— quick, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This was a stark contrast to the incompetent service I experienced at a competitor that I initially went to for the exact same charms. The quality of the jewelry and the attention to detail were exceptional. I'll definitely be back for future purchases! Highly recommend.

I got a pair of diamond earrings as well as two wedding bands from this location. Jessica and sam updated me along the way and made the process as simple as possible and had great customer service. They always made me feel welcome and showed the most hospitality. I would only recommend this place if you are to be married!
