Great experience! Walked in thinking it would just be a disaster and was quite the opposite! I upgraded 2 phones and even though they did not have them in stock they are shipping the phones to my house for free! Also it will be just a few days before they arrive! Terron and Nikki reassured me that I am more than welcome to come in the store if I have any issues with the transfer but they also informed me that with the insurance I have.I have my very own tech support on hand! Thanks again for helping me. I will be back

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at this store. Employee Terron had difficulty in getting a new phone up and going for me due to an incorrect password I had. This young man went above and beyond to help me and refused to give up until he reached a resolution in getting me set up. I hope his managers read this and will realize what a valuable employee they have. Thank you Terron!

I cannot say enough great things about this AT&T location. I’m new to the area and went to the store before closing (shame on me for not looking at posted hours). I had some issues that day trying to order a phone and plan online due to a fraud alert on my credit report from a prior case of identity theft.Starting service and the subsequent identity verification by phone was not a quick task, but you would have never guessed the store was near closing by the way Nikki treated me and took the time to make sure my issue was taken care of and that I received the best value for my needs. Not only did my issue get taken care of, I feel like I have a location and reliable contact for any questions or needs that I have regarding my new AT&T service. If you’re in the Columbus area need new service or any AT&T needs, I’d highly recommend stopping by the store and ask for Nikki Garrow.

They helped me right before closing (I think they might have even been closed) the gentleman was very kind to take care of me quickly in efficiently since I was in a time crunch with getting a new SIM card for the phone Applecare sent me (Apple was a total nightmare). Helped me with everything I needed and a very timely manner. Very much appreciated

This little AT&T gem on South high street is convenient, not overly busy, and two of the best Techs hang there! Both Shawn and Michael addressed the problem, and had solutions.

I have had the best customer service here. Shaun and Michael were very patient with me to help me understand everything. I also wanted to price compare shop and they allowed me the freedom to do that. They looked for every discount they could give me and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this store!!!!!

Good service, good products, At&T has been doing what they do best for decades. Only turn off for me....it took 20 mins to pick the plans and devices. 3:32 (yes. That's three and a half hours) to activate the second line while in the store. Anyways...that's the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars. Besides that one thing, and I can't blame the store....those guys were great. Place was clean and safe, very welcoming.

they stole 86 dollar's from me during this trying. The first time my husband refused a receipt my payment was never posted now we are sitting here looking for new service and I have an unpaid bill I paid I am highly upset but the young lady who took my payments name was Fury and she knows we paid it to her and she refuses to do anything ..
