OVER A MONTH LATER AND STILL WAITING
What a nightmare!!!! I have consistently tried to get with my bill. I have saved all the proof of what ny bill is supposed to be and all the numerous conversations and SUPPOSED tickets sitting to fix the problem and now over $2000 is being withdrawn from my account.... I have asked to speak with my reps manager (Erin). This nightmare has been going on for MONTHS!!!!!! AND HAS NOT BEEN FIXED!!!!!! ALL SHE SAYS IS THAT SHE PUT IN A TICKET
YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS THERE IS NO TICKET!!!!!!!

AT&T are a scam, their sales reps are liars, they offer you benefits that they do not comply with, you call to see what is happening and they send you from one department to another and they never give you a solution. They made me change T-mobile with them and they just scammed me. They're sluggish.

I have been on the phone with ATT for about 4 weeks now to resolve an issue with our business account at work and I have been passed around from department to department just to be passed back to the same departments. I have been told I would get a call back multiple times and I have not been called back once. Every time I ask to speak to a manager I am never connected to a manager. I have spent hours and weeks now on the phone and nothing.Now we have no internet and yet again I am going through the same process. I do not understand why it is so difficult to send out a technician when we have no internet. How do we run a business that relies on internet without internet.this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with anyone, not just phone and internet people.

Just another great example of Corporate Greed stealing money from people who don't have it to make themselves more wealthy. After using them as a cable provider for years. I now know why they have lost so much business just with in the last 2 years. They ultimately can NOT keep their customers happy and practicing fraudulent business practice. Looking forward to seeing this company fold!!!!!!

I bought my iphone NEW from Best Buy and paid it off in FULL. AT&T locked it so that I couldn't use SIM cards outside of the United States which nearly cost me my job. I've tried emailing them to unlock it and they said I can't unlock it because I haven't been an AT&T customer in 60 days. I was NEVER an AT&T customer. I'm getting a lawyer.
