I called this store to asked a question about phone offers. 2 employees at this store hung up on me. At different times with in 5 minutes. These employees need customer service training. I would advise other long term or customers not to visit this store. Because the employees are no better in person.

Sydney was simply the best! I was having the worst day and she she did everything she could to turn that around. If i was to ever get another cell phone , I would come back and see her again.

Bryan was very helpful and kind. He got me straightened out and back up and running. He even set up my ear buds while I went to pick up school children. Everything went smooth. I would highly recommend Bryan.

AT&T is the worst company ever as far as customer service goes. They mess my account up every single time!! I’ll be porting all my numbers out since they can’t get things right. I end up spending countless hours on the phone to get things corrected. Time is money and I don’t have either to waste. They lost a good customer today!

Stopped by at&t today to get new phone and switch over from boost. We were fortunate to get the Manger of the store who was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, patient and detailed. I think we will be life long customers of at&t after such a wonderful first experience.

The manager is never there and the 2 employers that are there are not trained and get frustrated very quick. No customer service at all. They don't even great you when you come in
