She was VERY helpful!! I got a a new phone due to none of my apps getting notifications!! She made sure every app I have had a notification before we left!! I work from my phone and if I don’t get notifications then I don’t work!! Hopefully she stays at the Georgesville Rd store!!!

The store rep was prompt, very helpful, & patient with me .
She was knowledgeable & took the time to explain everything.
One of the better customer service experiences I have ever had & certainly the Best experience I've had with AT&T.
Her name is Lyra & she should really be recognized for her ability to wait on 3 different customers at the same time & doing it well.

My phone began going berserk and I tried to get there as fast as I could. I have the early upgrade and due for one and insurance and still paying on my phone. I was also hungry. The woman that waited on me was friendly but I was frustrated and hungry but hungry become hangry as she was telling me my phone wasn't perfect but there was not a crack and she kept saying pixels and I didn't go all Karen on her I was angry at AT&T not the messenger. Thankfully, I recognized some of the phrases and tone I used because I also have angry customers. The 2 males slowly left. And the dude with the folding screen, I hope your screen doesn't break but my phone is for contacting people in my life, pictures and the world wide web, nothing more, nothing less, but I would start using protection but then again I used protection and ended up with broken pixels and 2 kids. Back to the young lady who waited on me with stoicism and I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name, you deserve a true shout out,but please forgive me for being frustrated due to AT&T rules and hangry. I hope I didn't ruin your evening, but if I did, I hope you see this review and remember me and forgive this customer. I was hangry.

I came in to upgrade my phone and didn't really have an idea of what to get. I haven't upgraded since maybe 2016 or so.The store wasn't super busy at first glance. There was a Spanish speaking family of four and an older gentleman ahead of me. Angel was managing the store alone and giving good service despite the lack of staff.He was extremely polite, friendly, patience personified, knowledgeable able, and all around excellent. Not only did he help with the complicated logistics of my account, he also helped with the entire process of upgrading and transferring.I have a beautiful new phone and case to match thanks to him! Give that guy a raise and a huge bonus! Thank you Angel!!!!

Great service! Nick was great! He answered all my questions. I was debating switching and now I am. If you are back and forth between Verizon and AT&T, visit this location! We've been with Verizon for over 25 years and Verizon does not treat existing loyal customers like they do new customers.

Aj is the best and smartest staff member I have encountered at any At&t. Our whole family does not speak English well, and he patiently helped us solve the problem by translating over the phone. Finally, he recommended that I install wireless network in my home. Thank you very much to him. If possible, I would like to give him 100 stars!??
