Useless company. Manager has better things to do or something. Was given a number for prepaid customer service. Which was a promotional hotline. Awesome. Zero help. Don't get a phone from ATT if you will EVER need to contact their customer service.

Att Polaris area AVOID
I'd avoid ALL service overpriced THE RUDEST employees do NOT make an appointment especially if you're not spending A ridiculous amount of money THEY WANT THEIR commission they'll avoid pawn off WITH appointment
Better hope you have no estate to settle with THOSE even ATT customer service IS BEYOND AWFUL they hang up on their own people

There shouldn’t be a reason that if you go into the store for assistance with scheduling a technician to come out to fix your fiber line, that you should be directed to just call customer service. Especially after I let the employees know that I was supposed to receive a call back within 40 minutes but have been waiting north of 90 minutes. Employees should be able to do this in store.

The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and given to a representative named Isaiah, who was very professional and polite and patient. He helped me become an authorized user on the account with my fiancé, and got my electronic Sim card for me. I’ve dealt with a lot of rude disrespectful employees in this new day and age, and I must say that this man is top-notch and he should be given a promotion.

TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!!! Just found out that because you all "helped" us, we lost all the promotional deals that the salesman gave us!!! The only reason we came in was because the AT&T lady helping us with FREE activation on the phone screwed everything up!!! So you have basically stole someone(sales rep at Target) elses sale and srewed us out of our promotional discounts including free activation! We want nothing to do with a company that operates in this manner. So, no one at AT&T is going to get our money if our original deal is not honored! We will just go back to Spectrum! We have not canceled them yet!

This is the best AT&T store around. Albert and Jimmy were amazing! They got me switched over to AT&T Internet from Spectrum. It’s so great that AT&T gives their wireless customers a discount on Internet! Thanks Continental team!!!
