The person was helping me from the door. All is good real talk. Thank you 😊, let the issue with my account. Was not taken care of due to that? I was on the wrong account. I was supposed to be on the account where I can upgrade my phone when I was ready to. And when a new device came out, but now I am on the wrong account and cannot do that that I am forced to wait. Longer, and when my phone is paid off to upgrade my phone right now, a t and t is not doing what they were supposed to do as far as making sure that my account was right

Complete fraud , I ended up paying 272.5 usd and they got my phone and locked up my new phone

Terrible
Absolutely terrible. I am a very unhappy customer with ATT in general as well as this location and manager Morgan.
We went in to get new phones and were helped by the manager.
We asked for an estimate on everything we were about to purchase.
At the time there was a promo for tablets and watches for $1.
We literally paid off our Samsungs, and were told to leave spectrum to get ATT air for max discounts. We were quoted around $270 (I believe $273) for 2 iPhone 15’s, 2 watches and a tablet. Service and WiFi included. You know the deal- they tell you your first bill will be the highest until the trade ins are accounted for and then you will receive credits.
Well our bill has went from $270-$326 with no explanation as to why.
Oh plus we pay $35 for internet. And I also have autopay connected.
This is not the first time this has happened either. When we first opened our ATT accounts and got our Samsungs this happened TWICE actually I think even three times. And I had to beg and plead several times for them to fix it.
I don’t understand how they can just change your bill and add on all these fees?! Not to mention their break downs of their bills NEVER make sense and are never straight forward. No proof of the promos that were going when you go in.
I’m sick and tired of surprise bills. I’m sick and tired of customer service never being able to help. It’s a RACKET
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for phones. Metro never charged me hidden fees and upped my bill 🙂

I went in the store to get a new cord for my IPhone 14. I asked for a 10 feet and the clerk picked it out. Got home that Night and realized the cord had the small adapter on 1 end and C on the other end and Not the one that went to a 14. I then went Back and He changed it only it was an 6 foot and got it home and it was the same ends again. In fact, looked like it went to an android. Took it Back and The store was closed. So I have made 3 trips and charged 2 times cause the credit hadn't posted yet for the first return but I still have NO CORD. Needless to say, am I compensated for all this gas I'm burning. No

I walked in wanting to switch cell service providers and co.bine my ATT internet account together....
Service Rep didn't ask me any pertinent questions and just gave me cookie cutter answers. He didnt get put of his seat.. I could tell he wasn't interested in working with me. He seemed dazed. I walked out.

. They added a next-up charge to my account when I traded in my device and didn’t tell me or explain it at all. I had to call corporate when saw my new bill, and they informed me that authorized dealers are encouraged to add miscellaneous charges without consulting customers. Corporate advised me to deal with them directly and to avoid authorized dealers like this location. The store wouldn’t even reverse the reoccurring charge for me or assist in the matter. I assume they make money off adding additional charges to accounts.

I went in a little over a week ago with my dad to cancel his line instead of canceling and giving a new number they added a new line. We went back to change it. A guy that usually works at Easton location was there to help us but was in a hurry to get off his name stated with a F(he cover his badge and refused to give name or manager information) He told us we needed to call customer service our selfs. When we said we just want to cancel everything then he decided to help cancel the original line by calling customer service but said he didn’t have time to help with the double billing. We would still need to call customer service. I asked for his name and manager information. He refused told me to leave. I came with my elderly father because he is wearing a defibrillator and is at major risk for a heart attack. I have never been treated so horribly by any customer service representative in my life.

To whom it could be concerned, Aaliyah at Stone Ridge store gave me exceptional customer service she was very patient. She was very kind. Her supervisor gave me great customer services as well. The store was clean courteous and I would definitely tell family friends and others about this wonderful experience come on come on to Morse Road and Hamilton AT&T pro message, Gerald, R. Jones.

I hate to give out 1 star reviews but having 1 incompetent worker making people wait 30 minutes just to tell them to go down to the easton store because they can't do their job is ridiculous and needs to be handled. All I needed was a new screen protector which is included in the lifetime warranty on my account & even that couldn't be done by them.

Best experience I have had with the AT&T stores I have been in. Skyler was very helpful at getting me into a new phone for my grandson when his other the volume quit working.

I always dread having to go to a cell phone store. Everything is so expensive, confusing and gives you the impression you're getting screwed in multiple ways by an inconsiderate employee that makes you feel like you're bothering them for coming in and spending $1000+. This time, and only this time, did I have a positive experience and it was solely due to Sydnee. When I first came in the other employee who was the only employee on the floor at the moment was helping another customer but didn't acknowledge me. Shortly after, Sydnee came out from the back of shop to help another customer who was there before me. During this time some other customers came in and Sydnee greeted them and said she be with them ASAP. Once she was finished with the other customer, who was very staisfied with Sydnee's service, it was my turn and she started to assist me. She was beyond helpful. She offered me multiple options and explained everything clearly. At one point I said I don't get this one option and she broke it down in another way so that I could understand it. Her customer service and professionalism was excellent the entire time. Thanks again, Sydnee! You made what is typically a horrible experience mixed with horrible customer service, as painless as possible.

Skylar, was super friendly and helpful. He was very thorough and very clear with the assistance he offered me! Overall, it was a very great experience working with him and I feel he offered me ideal customer support that I would want to receive in any place of business! I was extremely happy with his service!
