Vincente was awesome! Came in with an issue and he resolved it efficiently. He also did a great job at thoroughly explaining the issue along with how he was fixing it. He verified with his manager Carla that his action plan was the best course of action. Text book customer service, I’ll definitely be visiting this location going forward!

I had a very positive experience at AT&T today. The associates, especially Vince, were exceptionally efficient, friendly, and courteous. They quickly resolved our issue, making the visit smooth and hassle-free. I appreciate their excellent service!
