Nails are fine but I made the appointment at 2:30 and sat there for 20 minutes until someone helped me. Then I sat there for another 20 min with acetone on my fingers because the girl was working on another client. They took walk ins without prioritizing the person who had an actual appointment, me, and planned to be there. They also didn’t have the color I wanted nor did any cuticle care. What should have been a 40 min appt tuned into an hour and a half. They made no effort to apologize for making me wait. This was my first and last time here. If they would have acknowledged taking a long time or given me a discount on service or literally anything I would not have given them such a harsh review.

A Hidden Gem in Upper Arlington – My Go-To Nail Salon for Nearly 3 Years!
I’ve been coming to Attractive Nails for almost three years now, and I can confidently say it’s the best nail salon in Columbus. When I first moved here, I struggled to find a place that was clean, reliable, and could consistently do my nails exactly the way I like—for a reasonable price. After trying several salons, I finally found my home at Attractive Nails.
Their pedicures are the cleanest and most thorough I’ve ever had. I’m a gel, square, French, acrylic-on-the-big-toes kind of girl, and Mel absolutely nails it every time (pun intended!). The attention to detail is unmatched.
Sanitation is a huge priority for me, and I love how meticulous they are about cleanliness. They use liners in the foot bath and properly sterilize all their implements in the high-heat sterilizer (aka the “oven thingy”). I’ve been to “fancy” salons with champagne, white floors, and plush chairs—only to end up with mediocre service and even skin rashes from poor sanitation. That has NEVER been an issue here.
Beyond their incredible work, the team is kind, respectful, professional, and highly skilled. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Plus, the salon is conveniently located in Upper Arlington, near Market District, restaurants, and other great spots, making it super easy to fit into my routine.
If you’re looking for a spotless, professional, and consistently amazing nail salon that prioritizes both quality and hygiene, Attractive Nails is it. I won’t go anywhere else!

Had the best mani pedi here. Great service. I usually get hand nails from manicures but they do it so good here that I don’t get hang nails. Highly recommended.

If you want your nails done right and with care, this is your spot. Melissa and her staff don’t make you feel like an inconvenience, they take pride in their work and if you chip a nail, guess what? They’ll repair it and not charge you for it. Love Attractive Nails, love sending people there.

I wanted to try a nail salon closer to home and read some positive reviews about this place. Unfortunately my experience was not positive. I spent $70 (not including tip) on my daughters nails only to have some of them fall off 2 days later! Rest fell off later in the week.There are other nail salons around that charge much less with better quality.Won’t be returning

It is absolutely wonderful to work with Dang. He and Melissa are owners of Attractive Nails, and Dang does such an amazing job for both my pedicure and manicure. I have been seeing him for many years, and he is awesome! This is such an great place!!!

If you're looking for a lovely little owner operated salon where you will be pampered and feel like family, look no further! I have been going to this salon for over a decade! This is one of the finest in the country! I'm a bit of a Diva and they have a new idea or color to suggest for me every time I get my nails done! From Swarovski crystals for my sons wedding to sparking oceanic blue for my winter trips to Florida, my nails are always gorgeous! There's nothing I enjoy more than a relaxing spa pedicure with warm towels and massage chairs! Last year, I lost a toenail while traveling to Spain and had a bad blister underneath the sole of my foot and they handled it beautifully with gentle care and ease! I won't go anywhere else! I love their slogan " Life isn't perfect but your nails can be!" Additionally, I would highly recommend their brow waxing services! Being a woman in my 60s, I need to keep my beauty game up! Book your appointment today! You'll be glad you did!
