Great shop. The technician, Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. My car had a scratch and they were able to turn it around in 2 days completely refurbished and with the interior cleaned.

They did a fantastic job. It's not just as good as it was, it's possibly better. The technician was super helpful, walked me through everything that was supposed to happen, eventually walked me through all of the things that happened, and was just an all-around good dude. The receptionist was incredibly kind, very helpful, and all authentic smiles. I got notifications and updates very frequently, so I wasn't in the dark for very long on progress.
The work looks great, and I'm excited to have my car back! They were one of my insurance preferred vendors, and I was thrilled with the outcome..

A flat tire on the highway meant I ended up needing a new bumper and a new suspension. Y’all did a great job and kept me updated during the process, and my insurance covered all of it. Photos before and after.

Great experience from beginning to end. My brand new car got hit by a Cincinnati Streetcar after the Bengals lost to the Ravens, and from the close loss, to say I was upset was an understatement. The CARSTAR employees were nothing but pleasant to interact with and very helpful. Hannah at the front desk was so sweet and very informative, able to answer any questions I asked. It was definitely the cleanest body shop I’ve ever been in. My car came back looking brand new. Thank you all! I hope I won’t be back, but if I have to be it will definitely be CARSTAR.

Customer Service was great. However. prior to me dropping my car off due to damage from a recent accident, which my car is only a year old, I just recently had my car detailed, once repairs were completed and ready for pick up, my car was returned to me extremely dirty, dirt and dust on the front mats, doors, dash boards, tires and inside door frames. My husband and I had to spend more time and money cleaning my car since once we returned home, your shop was closed. I called the very next morning, your company did apologized and offered to send me a check ($275) to have my car detailed again. However, I never received the check. I will call or visit this shop again soon to find out as to why this check wasn’t received.

If I could give them a negative star I would! If you value your vehicle don’t take it here because they’ll completely destroy the body!
I had my truck parked on the street then it got sideswiped and the guy hit and ran. I called my insurance company and they sent me here. They told me the repair would take a month it sit for over a week and they called to tell me they were going to begin working on it. After two or three days they called and said it was done! Great right?
I get up there and before I could look at the body work she was trying to get me to sign off on the work and pay the deductible. I told the receptionist I wanted to look at it first. I get outside and noticed immediately the truck wasn’t washed period, where they “did the body work/paint anything! The truck on the drivers side was a completely different color and the body looked like it was beat with a hammer to push the dent out and painted over. (I understand that’s how they get the dents out but you could see it uneven all the way down my truck. So I said fix my truck correctly! Called the insurance they said they’d “redo it they had a new guy do the work”
Now I respect a good body and paint guy and it’s truly an art not taking anything away from a professional body guy. With that being said I could have done a better job myself!
I go back up there 2 weeks later after the adjuster looked at it and they said it looked good. Truck looked almost exactly the same my truck has dips and is completely uneven all the way down the side of my truck still. I tried arguing with the adjuster and could tell the issue wasn’t ever going to be resolved. I needed my truck back they had it for a month at this point and my rental car was about to expire.
They did a absolutely terrible job and I feel sorry for anyone that takes their car here

Excellent customer service from receptionist, she spent a lot of time straightening out the insurance struggle (we all know how much of a hassle insurance can be). I don't think their rental car partner is very good but that's not carstars fault either.
