We picked up our car today. I would like to take this time to thank Ivan for all of his help. He answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. The information was clear and the purchase process was smooth. Highly recommend Auto Palace!

I didn’t end up buying a car here. I had to text my pay stubs to a personal phone, I had to ask twice for the CARFAX, and the warranty info didn’t seem accurate. I was also denied before anyone even asked if I had a co-signer. Nothing against the staff personally, but the overall process didn’t feel secure or professional.

I am going to change my review. Thank you to the owner of AP. I would like to take this time to thank Becca for all of her help. She was very respectful and understanding. She took care of the problem that I had with my vehicle. She showed empathy, which is one of the most important things to a customer. She also assured me she would do coaching with the sales reps on the customer service part of things. I definitely would like to thank the service department, and I would like to give a special thanks to Jonathan in the service department, he was great and very understanding.

Sold a faulty car that was unfit for the road .. in the 100 pages of paper work they make you fill out was a not responsible for any previous accidents paper which was not read or explained .. shady shady shady

They won’t list there CARFAX trying to hide why the cars are so cheap second car I found with frame damage *Beware theres always a reason why there so cheap*
Frame damage clean title -you mean salvaged.

I’m going to be honest if I could rate this place no stars I would. I had bought a car from them not even a month ago and as soon as I left the car wouldn’t run. Told me everything was perfectly fine and car was kept up with and now EVERYTHING is having issues. They definitely cleared the codes just to sell it off the lot. When I initially inquired on the car they told me one price and then told me a different price when I got there. They also did not tell me they had to do a credit pull to even drive the car??
