I strongly suggest this location, this is not the first time I have had good customer service here, but today I was greatly kindly got get service and was even offered help as I struggled to put on my wipers. Rae gave me excellent customer service and I will come back for future needs.

Why is it so hard for people to do there job. Just order your parts on Amazon or ebay. Definitely avoid this place.

I racked my brain for a whole day trying to find a gasket. The manager knew exactly why I couldn't find it and gave me the right product. It's rare that I'm imparted knowledge in a autozone and I recommend this location for all your needs auto related.

This is Safi Auto Repair, we have repair facility and we worked with Auto zone on w Henderson rd, which is our home store. The AutoZone on E Livingston is nearby to our shop but we are not happy with their service. Our parts guy was there today for one hour and no one was there to help us to find the parts. Their service isn't good. We would love to make this store our home store if the service get better.

Efficient, friendly, helpful. Placed an online order for a battery and it was ready for pickup in minutes. G went above and beyond processing the credit for the return of the old core. Will definitely be back so future needs.

It's terrible the 4 times I've come they close 2 or 3 hours before and people have to go further away because they don't feel like serving, terrible service in the autozone on Livingston Ave and Ohio Ave

After having NO service at the Harrisburg Pike location, I came to the Livingston Ave location and received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from G. Coles and the store manager, Taf (?). They found all the parts I needed and helped me get them to my car.
I should have come here in the first place because the service is top tier.
