I visited the AutoZone on Cleveland and 5th Avenue on Sunday, March 24th, to purchase a battery. A tall employee in a gray shirt assisted me, but my experience was extremely frustrating. I clearly stated that I did not need the additional item he was pushing, yet he still charged me for it.
Later, when I returned to buy oil, he repeatedly insisted I use self-checkout, even though I wanted to enter my phone number for my customer account. He was loud and disrespectful, not only toward me but also toward his employees. I overheard the way he spoke to his team, and it was demeaning and unprofessional. At one point, he even sent an employee home against her wishes.
No customer should feel uncomfortable shopping, and no employee should have to endure such treatment. I will not be returning to this location and sincerely hope AutoZone addresses these issues.

Went in to return a socket that i couldn't use and all was well but they never returned it they took the item and said it was going to go on my card and never gave me a copy of the return receipt witch I thought was weird but I was busy and needed to get back to work. It's been almost 3 weeks of me trying get my 9.66 back or the socket like I would said whatever but auto zone is a huge company and they can give me my money back the people there are all super unprofessional and act like they have no clue what there doing imbsure they did the return later and pocketed the money it was two woman a thicker woman and a skinny woman with tattoos all over her face like I used to love this store but now I'm sure I'll never see my money and they will do it again. Like I'm over this type of stuff AUTO ZONE SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE. DO BETTER

Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. AutoZone needs to get them some more experienced employees nobody knew what we were talking about in there yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing or if they are just flat out bird heads.. OUR CAR BATTERY WASN’T WORKING AND THEY SOLD US A MOTORCYCLE BATTERY WHEN WE CLEARLY HAVE A CAR… Do not go here please go elsewhere. They didn’t seem apologetic at all and for their mistake I have to wait to get my money back?

Initially, I was coming on here to leave reveiw anbout my initial phone experience with Jasiah Mackey. But Christopher D was so nice and helpful to me that he made up for all that. Jose was very nice as well. Thank those men for their help!

This is the 2nd AutoZone visit for me within 30 days and that’s rare. Again I can say it was a great experience. This AutoZone is my neighborhood store and proud to have location represent our community. The employees were polite and funny and just cultivated a great atmosphere. Kudos AutoZone you are hiring right!!!

I had a flat tire today. I stopped in Auto Zone on 5th to see if they offered a tire inflating service. They dont,BUT Jonathon had his own personal tire pumper in his car and inflated my tire for no charge. He was a life saver.Appreciate him going out of his way to help me.
