Wish I could give 0 stars. Had me on hold for over 20 minutes. Then when I called back i was rudely told “please hold” and immediately got sent to hold for another 15 minutes. Just sounds like lazy employees. No way they can possibly be this busy. 0/10 it’s not an autozone issue, it’s a LOCATION issue.

You expect auto parts stores to have fully stocked aisles front and back. They didnt. Logistics is hard.

I want to give a big shoutout to the young man who was incredibly patient with me and taught me how to check the oil in my truck. He was super detailed and showed me exactly where on the dipstick to look for low levels and how to determine how much oil was needed. I am beyond grateful for his help! Thank you so much!

I went there to get service today and all three employees walked out of the store and went outside to sit down and smoke and talk there was no one to help me at the register when I left they got up to go back inside. Never had that happen to me at AutoZone before but that was poor customer service at its finest.

Staff was rude and condescending. Refused to return our online order. Told us misinformation claiming we had to mail it back, yet it states online that you can return in store. Went to the 5th st location who gave us the return without any hassle and great customer service.
