Beth and angiela were more than respectful and helpful. Not only did they charge my battery but they answered all my questions and didnt stop until i had all the answeres i needed. Great team of ladies and gentalmen more than respectful. Im very greatful for the services.

I was just in the south high street location and this employee/manager/ cool as hell 100% great guy Tony helped me out not only did this man help me figure out what wrong with the lights on my car but I was a little short on cash to buy the part and this man said I got it (now I thought ok cool he's gonna take what I got and call it a day ) NOOOOOO THIS MAN PULLS OUT HIS WALLET FROM HIS POCKET AND SLIDES HIS CARD AND SAYS MARRY CHRISTMAS. I'll tell you what I couldn't believe it I've heard stories and have done it but I never been on that end I just want to thank Mr. Tony for being such an awesome great hearted dude we need more people in this world like Mr. TONY and Auto Zone is very lucky to have him as an employee/manager. 5 stars for Tony and Auto Zone.

Went to 3 different Autozones in Columbus because they all kept saying another store would have what I needed, but they didn't. All 3 ghetto, noisy, and unhelpful. At this one they were all just in there hanging out while I waited. Girl who got to me seemed annoyed she had to stop flirting with her man and help me. Went next door to O’reillys and was in and out in 5 min. Will never be back.

I couldn’t find my bank card and had no oil in my car but luckily the store manager Beth helped me with that. They are great and amazing people that help you when in need. I’m so satisfied with this AutoZone. I highly recommend this one.

Google specifically said this location was open until 10pm. I get there at 9:30pm to get a tool I need to finish my car so I can get the kids to school in the morning. What do you know the store is completely dark and closed. I blame both Google and autozone for allowing this simple error to burden who knows how many now unhappy customers.

I walked into Auto Zone on South High st there was a guy named Tony W who was so helpful, Friendly and went over and beyond his job. I can't Thank him enough. Having car problems is not fun and Tony W helped me not once but three times just trying to figure out what was wrong with my husbands car. With me running back and forth and so tired and me praying to the lord to help me figure this out. In the end we figured out it was a bad alternator and of course the battery went down too. So I had to get them both replaced. Tony W on the phone over and over trying to get both of them. Tony W spent a lot of time helping me that day and I can't thank him enough. I was thinking if he is not a manager he should be because he went over and beyond helping me that day. I will be back anytime I need help. I will send others there too.
