Connor and Matt were incredibly helpful! When my check engine light came on, Matt quickly read the code and explained the issue, while Connor walked me through the necessary parts for the fix. I really appreciate when employees take the time to educate customers—it makes the process so much less stressful. Definitely my go-to AutoZone!

I've always had good service at this store. My Duralast battery wasn't holding a charge properly, it was only a year and a half old into a 3 year warranty. Conner checked the battery with his instrument and said the battery was bad. They replaced it with a brand new one and Conner switch them out right in the parking lot. All free of charge. That's good service. I'll continue shopping there. Thank you.

I went into autozone for a battery change there was a guy named Matt and a guy named Mr black they tested my battery showed me the price for a new one and I asked them to put it in they were both ready to help matt ended up putting the battery in for me pretty quickly the best part was how the people there treated me Mr black and matt made me feel very comfortable and got me back on the road fast

This is the only AutoZone I will go to. The staff are amazing. The young guy with the long hair Matt I needed new windshield wipers the other day during the last rain we had and It was pouring rain and I drove there in the dark with horrible wiper blades close to 8pm and I don’t know how to change them myself so after helping me pick out the best option he came out and put them on for me in the pouring rain. I had my daughter with me and it was just super great customer service. I appreciate customer service like this especially working in customer service myself. Thanks for having quality staff.!!

My experience with this location was… not pleasant. For someone who lives in the neighborhood this was my go to autozone. The sales associate “Matt Ball” needs to work on his customer service. He damaged my fiancé car and did not apologize for it. Went in for a new battery for my car and he said “I just did you a big favor” Matt was complaining about my vehicle being one of the worst cars (his opinion) when I told him before you don’t have to put it in we are more than happy to go somewhere else or my fiancé can put it in. Matt volunteered and that’s when disaster struck. He dropped a tool on my fiancé car (he was parked next to me)Right from the get go Matt was rude upon my arrival at this store. He said “you’ve been a pain in my a$$” when we wanted to see if there’s anything we can do to fix my fiancé damaged vehicle. Matt then proceeded to get verbal with us. Mr.Black was very helpful to us to find some answers. This happened on Dec 23rd around 1pm. Now we are calling corporate to see if we can get some answers.

I came in today to replace my battery. Matt and staff were awesome!! Good people who truly want to help you out. Mine ended up being a more complex issue than a simple battery replacement and they assisted me in finding the right solution.
