I've been using this place since 2018 but this last year has been complete. Hell a simple $200 battery turned into $1300 worth of work on my car I will never ever ask for any type of help and it was really simple if you didn't feel like helping with the battery or you didn't know what you were doing or you didn't offer it that's all you had to say is you did not want to help and I would've been fine with that. And you don't have to respond or apologize you did try to help out and give me the $200 back for the battery, but I spent more than that fixing my car You did communicate, but it still was costly

Friend broke down at the gas statiin right down the street. We had belt number and went for part. First time we got a belt too small. We returned after an hour of engine work outside in a parking lot. The worker argued with us about the correct belt. Keep in mind we are holdijg the broken belt . We requested the part number off the belt and were told the vehicle was recalled and the belt had been changed. The man forced his lies on us and showed us his computer that the belt we needed , with oart number, was not available. After another 2 hours of work we returned to find the store closed. The next day we returned the item and purchased the appropriate belt at the NAPA auto larts store. They listened and gave us the belt with thr part number from the broken belt in our hands. They were curtious and solved our 2 day nightmare.

I went to this location to get a headlight for my car and was greeted by an employee named James A. He greeted me with a smile on his face ready to help me. We conversed as he helped me sign up and look for my light and also came out to put the light in for me. It was not that it was apart of his job. But the fact he did it with passion behind him because he love what he does. I want to say thank you James! Your presence is amazing.

I knew my by-now-ancient wiper blades had shredded the last time I tried to use the washer fluid to clear my windshield, and I *meant* to get them replaced, but it slipped my mind. At least, until the other day when the first sprinkling ahead of a major thunderstorm front began falling.I pulled over and called my husband at work, and he told me to head to the nearest Auto Zone and they'd take care of it for me. (I'm 60+ with mobility issues and can no longer do these things myself.) After a very brief wait, the gentleman behind the counter looked up the sizes my car needed, walked me to the display, gave me a brief admonishment that blades should be changed twice a year (for winter and summer), and then recced a mid-range set that he claimed he'd use on his own truck. They were less expensive than the ones I'd looked up at Amazon and then forgot to order.He also took them outside once the sale had been completed and mounted them for me, even though the rain was beginning to pick up again. He had every opportunity to upsell to an old lady who seemingly would know no different, or even pretend there was an installation charge.Instead, he was completely honest, efficient, and also at least bilingual as I watched him interact in detail with other customers in a language common between them. An employee with such experience, technical knowledge, and a deft hand with a range of customers is worth his weight in gold!

This team is amazing! Benny helped out my husband's band that is traveling through Columbus for the night on tour from Colorado. He went above and beyond to get the part they needed for the generator on their tour bus. Recommend them highly, such wonderful customer service!
