I did not end up going to this location, but it was simply because they were booked on the day that I had to go in. I got another appointment with a different mechanic scheduled in the mean time, and then shortly after, Avenue Auto Repair called me back to give me first dibs on a time slot available for the next day (their existing appointment canceled). I let Avenue Auto Repair know that I wouldn't be coming in, but I appreciate them reaching out to me as soon as a time slot was available.

If you want honesty, integrity & a job well done the correct way, with fair pricing, take your vehicle to Avenue Auto. Literally cannot say enough good things about this place & its people. I’m 25, been taking my cars to these guys since I was 16 & I think I have a better experience each time I’m in there. Not always happy when I need to see them, but I am always happy walking out the door after their work has been done

Good shop, they have let me bring my own parts and just charged for labor. I have been going to them for over a decade.
They don't do body work. I was laughed at by them for bringing my car that had bad body damage to fenders telling me it was totaled, but I ended up fixing the fender myself with one I picked from a junkyard for $60. It was my own fault for trying to get them to fix body work that was outside their wheelhouse, since they don't advertise doing body work.
Highly recommend for mechanical fixes.

someone hit my sideview mirror and its been broken for awhile. came across this shop and they sounded honest over the phone and was able to get it replaced quickly. also got some puppy love while i was waiting.

Really thankful for this shop! Honest, quick, and affordable. I liked that I could send an appointment request via the website because I can’t always be on the phone during my work day.
Told me what services were actually needed after another shop tried to tell me I needed a bunch of additional work… and they got the work done in just a few hours. I will be back to this shop whenever I need more car repairs.

One difficult thing about moving to a new area is finding a mechanic you can trust, but I can now check that off my list of things to do. I can't say enough good things about Renee and the team at Avenue Auto. I brought in both of my cars for different jobs and each time the jobs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. As long as I'm living in Columbus, I will be bringing my cars to Avenue Auto, they're the best I've ever worked with.
