Reserved Van 1/29/22, went to pick up today was not there. They said I needed to pre-pay. I called Avis, they would not take a pre-pay. I was on hold forever. The pick-up place on Avis was not kind or helpful. They said it has happen before. I guess since we didn't pre-pay they gave away the VAN. AVIS help lines and Chat lines are not helpful. Very disappointed. I love as I write this I am still getting emails and text from AVIS stating VAN is ready, and I can digital check-in. How can I check in if no VAN exits. I guess only a computer sending auto messages work at AVIS.

The experience was good for a last minute situation.. I came in and was able to reserve a car a few days ahead of time and when i came back they had one available.. The guy at the desk Eric was very helpful with renting and returning. He was even able to help me with my employee discount.. Eric is very patient with all his customers..

I think his name is Eric but at the Avis budget on West broad st Eric always goes above and beyond his job title to make sure everyone there has the best experience everytime I deal with him it goes smooth like it should I have made reservations and see Eric go to the airport to get me my car to make sure my reservation was met always fast and friendly thanks Eric..

Indian dude was rude. Place was closed at 10 am even though they open at 8. No receipt or break down of charges I feel o over laid 590 for 9 days when I usually pay 300 per week left keys in drop box on time but no one was there.

The parking lot is a nightmare. Got my car it's filthy dirty has a tire warning on it and low wiper fluid warning on it. Usually they walk around the car make sure there's nothing wrong with it they have never done that this is my 2nd time there and there are things wrong with this car so it will be interesting when I drop it off. I was stuck in the parking lot because the car they gave me Was blocked in by people who just came in drove left their car any where. This will be the last time I used this location if not Avis period

Unless I have no choice or offered a deal I can't refuse least likely I'll even attempt to rent from them again. I called the 800 number made reservations in late August told the person I want to pick up my car at w. Broad St location-told him twice. Why did he put me down for pick up at Grandview location? I looked like a fool when I showed up. What sense does that make? NONE! I'm closer to w. Broad st location. I'm having to miss a wedding because of Avis screw up

Went to pick up my SUV I reserved months ago. Sales person ran 3 of my cards saying all were denied. While doing this another guy came in saying he called two days ago and was told he would have a car for him. This guy asked for the 1 SUV out front and was told that vehicle was for me. I tell the sales dude that I am going to my car to get another card and when I come back he gave the SUV to the other guy and tried offering me a Malibu and for me to drive to the airport and switch it out. Went to a different Avis on Bethal and found the dude was not running my debit card right in the first place as they had no issues taking it. W. Broad St Avis is pure garbage.

Easy to make reservation and pick up and drop off. This was my 2nd time renting from here.

Waste of time and money. Don't even bother renting a vehicle online here because they will take your money and not have any cars for you when you show up. Be prepared to spend another 400 plus dollars and scramble for time to find another car rental establishment.

Waste of time run please don't go here terrible customer service so many hidden fees. Go to Dollar rental at John Glenn airport no hassle at all plus they take debit card with no holds

Parking lot was absolutely terrible there's no place to park they're combined with a car dealership and it's completely terrible from a parking perspective even trying to get in was a headache and a half. Other than that was in and out quickly

I called this store and the owner I believe name is Alex, told me they had a vehicle for my registration, when I got there there were no cars and 4 people waiting in the lobby with the same issue. Even though I spent over a half hour in the store, Eric behind the desk made sure I was taken care of and was able to leave with a vehicle.

I went to rent a car from here and there was a foreigner in there that couldn't speak english. I was trying to talk to the other guy he had a terrible attitude and was evil as hell. A guy named Eric walked in and took care of me and got me right out the door....smh. I believe if it wasn't for the guy Eric they would probably be in a bad situation...smh
