When we first started we were severely overcharged. We went months of our bill increasing for absolutely no reason. It ended up getting up to $150 for two dogs. I messaged them wanting to cancel and got it lowered to $55 a month for two dogs… they have changed their food formula multiple times, I’ve had my account charged $245 and they are now inconsistent with the dates they pull the money out. This was a very unique and convenient company to use but has become a nightmare service. I do not recommend unless you are ready to over pay and pay random amounts inconsistently.

Sad that they judge off one single phone interview. Sounded like a perfect job. but since my phone kept cutting out due to service, I didn't even get a chance and the woman was rude on something I couldn't control. I also asked why whole floors get let go together. She proceeded to tell me their numbers weren't high.. yet they told those people they just couldn't afford them anymore. Sketchy, cliquey, and unfortunate they had a rude woman interview me. I like ordering my dog bark boxes, but I guess it's good I didn't get hired based on what people say. I've never worked anywhere that judged off of a single phone interview, most of all they would let you try again if your phone wasn't working properly.

Thanks for our first Bark Eats delivery ! Slater was our delivery guy. He came into our home and loved on the dogs and explained the feeding process thoroughly.

They are such a wonderful company. I love the monthly box I get for my dog. He loves the toys and treats. The toys are sturdy enough and the treats are high quality. They also have AMAZING customer service. When I first got the subscription I asked if I could remove all the rawhide products, they were not able to accommodate at the time, a few months later they emailed me letting me know that they would be able to accommodate my request and replaced the rawhide bones with an extra bag of treats! This was very thoughtful and makes me confident that they care about their customers and pups! I would highly recommend to anyone who has a spoiled pooch, you will not be disappointed !

My Annie loved the monthly BarkBox that came with good treats and toys. I let them know when Annie passed away recently and recieved a touching condolence card. Love this company. <3
