Great location & selection! I love shopping here though I am not happy with my recent exchange experience. I had the official email receipt for my in-store purchase but the sales associate couldn’t figure it out and processed it as an exchange with no receipt using my drivers license which was incorrect.

Everyone was nice,friendly and helpful. Considering it was Cyber Monday that is a true feat, because the store was very busy.

I really like this store. The employees are all super friendly and helpful. The soaps smell nice and don't irritate your hands. The body mists are also very affordable. Bath & Body Works also has regular sales.

Smallest store I’ve seen! Carries maybe 1/2 of what a regular size store carries. I could not find the item I was looking for.

I went to the Lenox location everybody there seem to be very friendly but I went for a specific sent an aromatherapy I could not find it but ended up buying a vanilla body lotion

Was told by an employee over the phone I could return an item and be refunded on my original payment method as long as I had my ID. Then I went into the store and returned the items, and was handed a gift card. Was told the transaction had already been completed, at no point had any employee told me I would be getting the amount refunded to a gift card, and I’d even had the original card I had used out during the entirety of the transaction.

Great location at Lennox Town Center. Convenient location with plenty of parking. This visit was the crazy event known as candle day. Staff were super helpful and friendly this visit, but they always are. Everything was well stocked for the event and I arrived at the right time as I didn't have to wait to get into the store. It's a smaller location compared to Easton, or Polaris, but always has my favorites. Great for a quick stop and when I have to hit up the other shops in the center.

Do not order pick ups from this store! The website will show the items are in stock, but they are not! I just wasted a 20% off coupon on 4 items, just for them to be cancelled. I called customer service and they simply said there was nothing they could do. Save yourself a headache and have them shipped to your home.
