This store is very nice and large. It is larger than it appears. They have a lot of product. So many displays of new scents. Everything is well marked. The employees are very nice and helpful. The walkways are a little tight. There is enough room for a walker. If in a wheelchair it will be tight in areas.

It was literally a nightmare going to this store today! Everywhere I turned someone was trying to sell me something and literally all I wanted to do was look around. I would very clearly dismiss the employees and they would STILL try to talk to me and then I felt bad and had to awkwardly engage. To top it all of the checkout process took forever because the woman at the register clearly did not understand what she was doing. Literally hate it every time I shop here (and I usually love bath and body works). Please tell employees to stop doing this!!!!

I did not make a purchase as a direct result of how annoyingly pushy the employee was. The very second I entered, she was on me like a shark.
"Here, take a basket! You're gonna need it, and here's why..."
I declined the basket, but she persisted. She just kept talking and holding out this basket for me to take.
I got away, but she was right back in my face in less than 3 minutes, talking over me about why I should buy an item I had picked up.
But, I honestly don't fault the employee. This screams corporate greed to me. The pay is probably horrible or commission/incentive based, so if she isn't pushy, she can't pay her bills.
Please pay your employees a living wage so they don't have to beg for scraps like a stray. This experience put an extremely poor taste in my mouth, and I likely won't be returning any time soon if it means supporting that nonsense.

I was not happy with my visit to this location today. I was with my daughter and great- granddaughter todaym. She's a toddler and needed use the bathroom. They wouldn't let her. I left everything I was going to buy on the counter and took her to another business to potty. Why? She's a baby.

I am an avid lover of bath and body works and stock up a couple times a year, however this specific location makes my shopping experience so uncomfortable. Before you can even get in the door there are associates in your face about what you should buy. Then while shopping at least 3 other people come up and pressure you into conversation. This happens every single time I go to this location. If I needed help or suggestions I would ask one of the 12 associates standing around. Clearly I am buying things so I don’t need persuaded. If anything the constant harassment makes me want to buy something less. A simple “can I help you find anything?” would do, but after I make it clear I am just browsing around and do not need assistance that should be enough to get the hint and move on.

I usually never have issues with shopping here. The lady at the entrance was super sweet. However today at around 6pm I stopped by to shop. I was in line waiting for mins. The cashier let people go in front of me. (I was standing in there before anyone). She then rudely proceeded to tell me I was standing in front of people who were there before I was.(which I wasn’t ). I walked out, and left the things where they belonged. I waited and waited in line and was not helped. While it was my turn up. The lady went to talk to other associates who looked like they were leaving . I put back the items I had in hand. Never returning here again.

I went there yesterday and there was so poor customer service. When I tried to pay, I tried to cash first and the rest of the card, but I thought she told me to insert my card into the card terminal, but I did misunderstand, but she was yelling at me. She seems like everything was my fault. It was just a mistake. Also I was embarrassed so I said sorry but she ignored me twice. I don’t think she doesn’t have to do that. I’m an Asian student. I felt racist yesterday.
It was so bad and poor customer service.

Love bath and body works. They always hire the friendliest staff. I dislike that they discontinue my favorite scents occasionally.

It was great! The sales were fantastic and as busy as they were the sale ladies were willing to help me and get what I wanted because they weren't out. That says a lot about them.
