TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SOMETHING HAS CHANGED HERE. DON'T BUY THEIR LIFETIME WATCH BATTERY REPLACEMENT. A couple of years or so ago, I purchased the lifetime battery replacement option. I've also had phone screen replacement at this location. I've always been satisfied as Ive brought my watches in a few times. Apparently, my phone number was input incorrectly so each time I've been in, they ask me if it's under another number and I politely have said no while also stating politely that I thought that had been fixed. It has never been an issue until today. Once again, i was asked if it could be under another number and I replied no, I thought that had been fixed. He was still able to find my name so no big deal. He then proceeds to tell me that my watch didn't match the model number and he could see some sort of override on my account each time I had been in. I told him that I don't have another watch and he basically insinuated that I was a liar. I went on to explain that it was the only Fossil watch I own amd it had been changed multiple times. He then asked if I wanted to pay for the battery to which I agreed to do but I was frustrated becauae it IS THE SAME WATCH THAT HAS BEEN REPLACED EVER SINCE PURCHASING the lifetime battery option. He proceeded to then take the battery out after all of this which really aggravated me after paying for lifetime replacement AND agreeing to pay for the battery! He refused to give district manager information and seemed to revel in agitating me any way he could. He took the battery out that I agreed to pay for since I had driven from the opposite end of town. I will be reporting to the BBB and Attorney General's office in the state of Ohio. This guy was looking to make someone's life difficult from the time I came in no matter how polite I was. Stay away from this place!

Terrible customer service. When I went in to return a battery that had failed after only 3 months, I was greeted with an attitude and given the run around on what the warranty period for the battery was. First told me it was 2 weeks, then it depended on if the battery was re sellable, THEN he told me 6 months. Told him that it wouldn’t take a charge, I tried 2 different battery chargers, he said they’d have to charge it on their charger to determine if it was refundable or not. Then to top it off he wasn’t able to find the transaction in their system so I had enough, grabbed the battery and left. I’ll take the $60 loss. Do yourself a favor, visit another location.

After 6 years, the replacement battery I bought here was showing its age. The replacement was taken care of quickly and easily. If you need a battery (watch, UPS unit, wheel chair, car, or anything else that uses batteries), this is the place to go.

For the second time in a row, I just left without a battery. This time a fairly common lithium ion rechargeable 2045 button battery. They no longer carry them in stock. You are a battery store. I expect to find harder to find batteries at a store devoted to batteries. This is what Amazon keeps winning.

Get your phone screen here. I'm someone who (embarrassingly) has had to get screens/batteries changed on more than one occasion. You will not find a better, more affordable, follow-through service in town. Right now, my replacement screen works BETTER than original before it even broke. I especially endorse BEN. He deserves a promotion and whomever hired him should run the world. You must have a great work culture to keep folks like him.

Had a cell phone that was not charging, Corey cleaned out the charging port without charging me and it's working great now. Highly recommend.
