Best Buy literally has the worst customer service ever. I have called several times trying to get through and speak to somebody in the store and they keep connecting me to a call center. I have been standing in the back for 20 minutes now ringing the bell to get into the warehouse to pick up an order to be delivered and nobody’s answering the door. Now I am going to cancel the order so two of your customers who were expecting their packages today are not going to receive them until tomorrow, horrible customer service

I purchased a scratch and dent washer from the best buy outlet in Cincinnati and parts were missing. I wasn't upset because it was the outlet location, so I went to this location to attempt to purchase the missing screws. The associate in the appliance department told me to buy the screws, I would have to buy the entire power cord. I told him that was fine, but I would like to see the part first because they usually don't come with the cord. The associate said, "nevermind they don't come with the screws." When I asked where they were so I could check them out he rolled his eyes and gave a very disrespectful response.After his outburst I told him I would go elsewhere to buy the missing parts he raised his voice and began arguing with me and getting combative.I later received a call from the management team and they informed me they would be involving other managers because this associate had done this multiple times a d they didn't want this to happen to future customers. The manager didn't seem to care either way.Microcenter on Bethel is AWESOME. The staff is actually helpful and respectful. I live a mile from this Best Buy and will happily drive to Microcenter from here out.

I will never give best buy any of my business ever again. I pre ordered a phone and was told by the sales rep they would transfer my data and make sure the new phone was properly working before I left with no extra cost. I go to pick up my phone and oh by the way it will be $100 charge to do what we told we would do for free. I talked to the store manager and he agreed I was given the wrong info but would do nothing about it. I returned the phone . Horrible customer service and just another example of another WOKE company that needs to be shut down!

My son bought himself a new mouse for his pc. Logitech something pro 2 and he loves it. Very nice store and the staff is helpful.

I just bought a focusrite scarlett 2i2 4th generation. It is awesome! Definitely worth the money and comes with access to DAW software.

Asked the associate at the entrance if there was someone who could help me and after 10 seconds he lifts his head and stares at me and says nothing, like I'm bothering him to do his job. Would not recommend this store or if you go there get ready to be treated with disrespect for no reason.

We arrived at 5:40 for an 6 pm total tech appt. Charles greeted us with a smile and friendly hello and then nicely queued us to sit at station three which was a nice alternative to standing. 6-7 minutes later Charles was able to do our appointment earlier than 6pm original appt. He explained everything that was done to restore my computer. We were finished before 6pm! The cost... zero, we are total tech members so the repair and service was free! We then browsed the fully stocked sales floor and looked at the hundreds of things we wanted but didnt need. It was a good visit.

Worst Price Match Policy: was looking to buy appliances during thanksgiving week, visited the store multiple times to see if they can match the price with Costco, every time I got different answers!! Finally they confirmed that they can’t match the price with Costco because they are wholesale dealers. Meanwhile Costco offer was ended so didn’t get any discount. Worst part is I am holding Best Buy credit card also. If they can’t price match with Costco then it’s always better to buy from Costco since their price is way cheaper and better warranty with free shipping..

Shoutout to Ian from customer experience. He’s one of the unsung heroes of the Best Buy team. I had ordered multiple appliances from Best Buy and he effortlessly helped me reschedule their delivery multiple times when needed. I really appreciated his professionalism and promptness. It made all the difference to me as a customer.

I purchased a large TV from Best Buy Polaris on November 12TH. It was to be delivered and wall mounted. I wanted it delivered prior to a Thanksgiving celebration I was having at my home. Delivery was promised and scheduled the morning of my celebration. The day before the delivery, Best Buy informed me they could not deliver that morning as promised. I rescheduled for the Friday before the OSU vs Michigan came so that we could watch the game with friends & family on Saturday. I took time off work to be home for the delivery. The morning of delivery, the delivery/installer called me to say he could not fit the TV in his van and canceled the delivery. I went to the Polaris store that day and was informed they were too busy in the store to deal with me that day and would call me the following Monday to help me. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything from anyone at Best Buy. I have missed time at work, hosted two parties with the TV as a central part with no TV. I have been a Best Buy customer for many years but bit seems there is no appreciation of that at Best Buy.

Bought Best Buy's total tech coverage for four years in a row that was sold on convenience and ease of service is there is an issue "with all your electronics purchased under the plan". Walked in to utilize service on a Sonos speaker sold in the home by their Tech service. After an hour of trying to find receipts even for the plan, I was able to locate them in my own email because "it was not found in their system". Geek squad sought out manager "Kumar". He did not want to get involved and wouldn't get involved in the situation. They declined to take care of the single speaker and stated although we have consistently paid for total tech, they would not address the speaker issue as it was past the 2-year plan. Be careful on buying plans from Best Buy. They love to make money off them, but also love to find ways to not take care of customer issues and needs. The reviews on this location are accurate.
