Let me just start by saying this is definitely the place you want to take your BMW or Mini Cooper! I just moved to Ohio and I was really stressed out because my 4 series BMW started severely misfiring. Turned out to be an ignition coil that had gone bad. They got me diagnosed and fixed quickly and at an affordable price!
I also want to give BIG shoutout to Rufus the service advisor! He went above and beyond to make sure he could get me in ASAP and had me fully prepared for my arrival. Without him this stressful situation would have been even more stressful, but he followed through and made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be a return customer for all my BMW needs. These guys know what they’re doing!

I cannot praise this team enough! I had no idea that my BMW X3 had a recall item on it. Not only did John and Danielle reach out to me to let me know but they checked to see if my car had the issue with it and fixed it.
This team always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is in the BEST shape! I have been going to them for over 2 years now. Years ago I found them and they fixed my mini cooper and now that I have my X3 I take it to them any time an issue occurs.
A good knowledgeable mechanic is hard to find and this team is not only knowledgeable but they are reliable. The added touch is they call periodically just to make sure your vehicle is still safe and sound!

Changed the wrong spark plug than the first cylinder and Zi specifically told them I needed that. Where did this good rating come from.. I tried to save money not going to BMW but look where Zim going regardless... Very disappointed. Waste of 268 but ya know whatever.

Passing through Columbus, my Mini's water pump decided to fail. After making a few calls for help, Best Motor Werks stepped up and helped a traveler in need. They had me on the road in a few days. I am very happy with the work and prices. If I lived in the Columbus area, I would be a regular.
They quoted other work on my engine as it needed help. The prices were fair, and I was aware of the leak, but I am cheap and will wait until necessary. They concurred but wanted to make me aware.
I am grateful for their help in a time of need!

John is great! Super helpful, friendly, and he goes above and beyond. I’m so glad I found this place, since MAG mini was getting really expensive. I asked a ton of questions, and he answered every one, i was stuck without a ride home, and he looked out for me - best of all, after taking my mini back to MAG 3 times and still having the same issue, he fixed it on the first try and I haven’t had any issues since.
Best motor werks is my new go-to for my auto-baby.
