It took awhile to get the machine serviced. They have many customers and the process they have developed allows you to continue to use your machine until your number surfaces. Mine was cleaned and repaired within a week. I have been very pleased with the service I have received.

Great place! Steve replaced an old Singer thread peg for me for free! It took all of 2 seconds! They also have lovely thread, zippers, sewing items, machines.. I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Steve!!!
