A very poor selection. They claim a big discount, but prices are close to retail. The pastries we purchased, were far from fresh. Not a good experience, at all.

They only have pet Christmas stuff 10% off, but Christmas stuff 50 % off, they can't wear till next year
so make it make sense! I
know their bankruptcy but dang everything other places Christmas stuff is 50 to 75% off

When I went in and started looking around I was worried that this location was one of the Big Lots that is closing because the shelves were bare. There were literally 3 boxes of cereal on the shelf. I spoke with an employee and they said they were in between changing supply warehouses and they should be restocked by next week. I didn't find the things I was looking for, but I found a few things that I wasn't. Also, the store is clean and tidy.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have reached out multiple times (and when I say multiple it’s like 10+ times) to get help with an issue on a couch I ordered. I’ve never talked to a real person. They keep telling someone will reach out within 48 hours and never do. I will never buy from them again. I also work with interior designers who I will advise to not buy from them. I am out money that I should not be out due to their error. I refuse to go back and forth through email.

The employees were great and very helpful. The store feels as if it’s so large you’ll never be able to get through the whole store which makes it that much more fun. If you’ve not been you should definitely check it out.

I cannot stress this enough, do not buy furniture here. I had a couch delivered broken in October, and this still has not been resolved. They sold my original replacement couch, and have been ignoring me ever since. I have called at least 10 times. They couldn't even give me a refund. They literally said it was so disorganized in furniture that they couldn't find my paper work. Jessica also sounded drunk half the time when she was on the phone
