Great customer service. It was very clean and the shelves were all stocked.
The only thing that I saw was the security needs to be closer to the stores and walk in them from time to time. People are still walking out of the stores with items and walking through the parking lot with them.

Staff was friendly, this store has a furniture dept. Things were a tad unorganized in some spots and not clearly labeled for pricing... But hey it's big lots

I've shopped at Big Lots for many yeas...even when it was called Odd Lots. I can mostly find what I'm looking for and the prices are decent. A wide selection of household and grocery items.

Don’t try and come In before they close for the night or else multiple employees will yell at you for it and make you know you’re unwanted there. Very uncomfortable and it was rude. Get you want to go home for the night but damn yall close in like 7 days you’ll get plenty of time to be home so chill
