Stuck up & rude. Don't expect any help unless you're planning on buying an unaffordable bike. They talk down to people who bought anything but a specialized from their store. Horrible customer service. Call Paradise on high. They treat everyone with respect.

Daughter’s bike broke. Same day walk in and fixed in about 25 min at a reasonable rate.

This was my first time at Bike Source and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. I had some criteria and they worked with me to find the perfect bike in my budget - a full suspension for a great price. They got my bike suspension setup to my weight and did all final checks so it was ready to ride. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly are big bike fans, so they’ll take care of you!

Won't even check your electric bike to make sure everything is tightened on it I don't know why they even have a service center.

Man, let me tell you, Dave helped me today with my bike tires and bike inner tubes on a 90s Cannondale bike with 650c x 23, and he did a great job, as well as his customer service was excellent. I will return here for service on my bikes anytime and will be sure to send friends and family your guys' way forsure. Thank you very much Dave.

Amazing service and they know their products. Would like larger selection but all retail stores seem to have limited products due to theft. Unfortunate but this seems to be the trend in our world today. Will be back there for any bike needs!!
