Honest mechanic!My German-made car needed its annual maintenance so I emailed this garage & they responded promptly and made the appointment. Easy process through email, no stupid apps or phone calls or online bs, just two people making the appointment. Easy. The way it should be. I even made some suggestions about service for my vehicle (already knowing the answer) but Henry was candid about what was truly needed and what was not & never once tried to up charge or sell anything extra or unnecessary. Transparent with cost & was accurate on time. I really appreciated the quality of service & professionalism, so rare in today's industry. My family will be a repeat customers to this local business!Thank you for the service!!

I have been coming here since 2012. I have had both BMW and Porsches serviced here. They are super honest, friendly, patient and helpful. The pricing is incredibly fair compared to others. Henry and Sarah are always great and the mechanics do an awesome job. If you ask they will give you a ride home. I just had my Boxster serviced here and as always it was in better shape than I left it. I also had three repairs and the annual service done and it was under $1,000.00 . Try getting ANYTHING done at the dealership under that amount. If you have a German car, bring it here you won't regret it. I could not afford to own these cars if I did not have Blagoi's to take care of them for a fair price.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I had been speaking with Sarah who was the front desk clerk at the riverside dr location. She proceeded to tell me the process of repairing convertible tops and how the refurbish parts to save money on the customer. After speaking with Sarah a few times on the phone I brought my 2008 Mercedes clk 350 in for repairs on 02/21/23. At the time of the drop off, I explained to Sarah that I would like to have them look at my convertible top. When I purchased my vehicle in July of 2022 the salesperson indicated that the convertible top has a leak and gave me hydraulic fluid to refill the reservoir. I also told Sarah that my brake light and driver side lamp was out as well. She indicated they would conduct a complete diagnostic. After several hours Sarah called back and explained the mechanics of repairing the convertible top and that would have to take the trunk off, check the hydraulic fluids in the pistons to the operational device that controls the convertible, etc. she called back later and indicated that the mechanic could not visibly see any leaks and that the convertible top needed relay switches in order for the top to function. Even though I explained to Sarah that too has a leak, the mechanic, who is the professional, stated they found no leaks. So they repaired the trunk, the convertible top and the brake lights. Sarah also informed me of other problems they discovered during the diagnostic. She stared my rotors and bushings need yo he repaired. She offered me a discount on labor to fix these problems. I agree and on 02/24/23 my car was ready and I paid the repair shop $1,333.97. That day the weather was in the 70s and Sarah encouraged me to ride with the top down. I had no problems putting the top down or up at the time but after 2.5 to 3 weeks the trunk started to not operate properly ( it was acting like I needed more hydraulic fluid) and 3 other bulbs went out after replacing the socket in the driver side lamp. I called Sarah and she said bring the car back. On 03/14/23 at 8:09 am I bring my car back to the shop. When I got there Sarah was not there and I was talking ti a gentleman name Henry. I asked him to check the hydraulic fluid in the trunk because it’s not working properly and to fix the bulbs that went out. Around 12:48 Henry left a message regarding my car. I call him back immediately and Henry proceeded to tell me that the mechanic discovered a leak in my convertible top. I explained that Sarah told me there was no leak. So of course I’m upset I just gave this shop my entire tax refund I didn’t have anymore money but Henry proceeds to tell me to fix it would over $700. I explained to Henry that I’m not paying for additional services other than the bulbs that were out and that I had paid you guys for a service that was incomplete. I also asked at the time of the diagnostic why didn’t the mechanic, at the time, go through each component to the operation of the convertible top? Henry had no answers nor was he willing to try and work with me, the customer. He tried to call Sarah because she was the person who originally told me my car had no leaks, but she was conveniently out sick, so no answer. So Henry and I went round and round regarding this matter and we came to no conclusion. He asked him what did I want him to do and I requested that they fix it. It was clearly an error on their part, not mine. They are the professionals and that’s why consumers pay the for services. I felt like I was taking advantage of because I’m a woman. When I had my fiancé call Henry, he agreed to discount the service from $700 to $500. I have no more money to give this shop and I’m not going to pay anything else. I told Henry that I would have ti call the Ohio attorney general in this matter, but he suggested that I do. I have already called my bank to dispute the charges because my vehicle is in the same condition when I first brought it in.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car because of a steering issue. They quoted me a price to fix the steering and additional items. They performed the repairs, but it didn’t fix the steering. They didn’t perform a complete diagnosis of the issue and asked for additional money.Service: Steering & suspension repair
