Not only were the flowers gorgeous, but the person that was delivering them was lovely! I had already left my office for the day, but she made sure to call me and ask me where I would like the arrangement. She kept it in a safe spot until I was able to get them. The busiest flower day of the year, I was incredibly impressed by the service. They went above and beyond.

Wanted the arrangement like the picture, with red roses and lillies, instead got carnations and couple tulips, wasn't worth the price, looked cheap!!

This Review is for Bloomtastic.We worked with Heather for our wedding and spent about $5,000 for her services.we were disappointed with a few of our items. One of the biggest issues we had was that the centerpieces were not what we discussed or what was listed in our proposal. We discussed having 4 gold tall metal arrangements, and instead these were glass vases. We discussed having 7 gold chalice centerpieces, and instead these were also glass vases. We discussed having vases in place to put the bridesmaids flowers and also having vases on the sweetheart table for my bridal bouquet and for the chair flowers-none of these vases were present in the High Line. Luckily the High Line had a spare vase that we were able to use for my bridal bouquet. Our original color theme for the venue was navy, purple, and gold accents-because the gold in the centerpieces were missing, the "gold accent" was off.In addition, we were very disappointed in the boutineers and the corsages. The boutineers we discussed during our meetings and in the proposal were supposed to be pocket boutineers for the groomsmen. All of these arrived as pin-ons. Also, given the flower choices in these boutineers, many flowers were decaying upon arrival. The corsages, I'm sorry to say, were abysmal. The small purple flowers were browning, falling down and just not presentable. I did not feel these were presentable enough for many of my family members to wear during the wedding.Lastly, the welcome sign flower arrangement was lack luster. What we discussed was not nearly what was present on the sign.

Heather at Bloomtastic did an incredible job on my wedding flowers! She took a lot of time to consult with me throughout the planning process and help me make decisions while incorporating the things I knew I wanted. On the wedding day, she created bouquets and floral displays that went above and beyond what I expected. I have never seen more beautiful wedding flowers than the ones she made fore me, and they made my wedding experience unforgettable. I could not be more happy with Bloomtastic!!

Very nice arrangement, but was chaotic when I arrived. The order was placed through the website, but wasn't pulled yet. The ladies were very wonderful and already had one made and let me have it. Would definitely use them again.
