This place just keeps getting worse. No attendant, ever. Dryers and washers minimally cleaned. Multiple broken machines. The payment card machine rarely recognizes an existing card. You havve to get a new card, which means the balance on the existing card is inaccessible. Credit card payment not working today on either payment machines. The convenient location no longer is worth coming here.

Went wash clothes with my sister here we had to get a laundry card we put 56 dollars in the card went to use the card and it didn't work. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for a month now the number never works and Noone is everything at the laundrymat id give it no stars if I could and if I were u I'd just go somewhere else

I’m an Otr trucker just passing through and I needed to wash my clothes. This place sucks overpriced and the machines barely work. Why does the dryer keep only cycling for 8 minutes???

Too expensive. Must put money on card and no way to get what you didn't use off the card unless you come back and use it.

There are no workers at the facility! They just leave the doors unlocked and if the machine takes your money there is no one to help you. Is this illegal to leave an establishment open for business and no one working in the building?

This place has great washers, however I had to leave with wet clothes because nobody way around to show me why my card wasn’t working and I had 25 bucks on it. I’ve called 16 times this is bullshit.

Had to get a laundry card, fine. I've done this before at the Blue Bubble on campus. Getting a new laundry card was easy. I forgot my soap at my apartment so I knew I needed to purchase from the vending machine. My washer costs 12 and I was unsure about soap so I loaded my card with an extra 4, total of $16. The soap vending machine ate all but $2 because when I'd swipe and choose a soap, it was out of stock and required me to insert my card to try again. Little did I know that it CHARGED ME FOR OUT OF STOCK SOAP! Very unethical.

I used the bill to bill exchanger machine to break a $20 so I could put a smaller amount on my card to do laundry and the exchanger only gave me a $5 back I'm short $15 and there no employee around to fix the problem. The laundry mat owes me $15 now.

They were pretty clean and had plenty of carts but the machine you used to put money on your card to pay for your laundry was out of order on one side and then the other side was barely working. It wouldn’t let us add money to our current card. It made us purchase a whole new card every time we needed to put more money on it.
