Bluegrass Musicians Supply is a staple and a gem of Columbus, Ohio, a magical, family-owned and operated music store that has been in business for over 40 years. It is one of the last original mom and pop music stores, described as a working museum and a time capsule. The shop strictly caters to acoustic instruments, specializing in bluegrass, country, Americana, folk, and blues. Its outstanding inventory includes an excellent selection of Martin guitars, acoustic guitars, banjos, mandolins, dobros, ukuleles, violins/fiddles, double basses, harmonicas, and dulcimers. They also carry a wide array of accessories, sheet music, and lessons in book and DVD format. The store offers instrument repair, tune-ups, and adjustments, with fair prices and a great supply of parts. It is a wonderful place to visit, explore, and test instruments, with knowledgeable service that patiently educates customers. It is definitely worth the trip.
Had what I needed to fix my classical guitar. Cheaper than Amazon and much higher quality without any guesswork. The guys here were friendly and obviously know what they are talking about. Recommended.

Exactly what it looks like. And awesome little bluegrass music shop with the friendliest staff and great prices. The sword of place that it's worth coming to for the stories and conversation as much as the repairs. This place is a treasure to the community.
