BM Towing is a lifesaver. My son' s car wouldn't start after winter break as it had sat in the cold for too long. He called panicked as school was starting the next morning and he needed to drive off campus for one of his labs. BM Towing was able to send a driver within 15 minutes to jump his car and get him on his way. I very much appreciate this service as it relieved a lot of stress for both me and my son.

Worst service and staff attitude I have seen in the industry. but never had I ever been mistreated and overcharged like BM Towing did.

Don’t ever send the deposit up front if they ask, rip off they will promise you they going to pay you back in case but they never do that.We lost $500 for nothing.Will never call this guys for towing again.

Very rude driver.The front desk clerk is nice but would not take online registration. You would think if it’s my car and i am showing her my registration online with me logging in with my name would suffice for proof!Some people cannot think and are one sided. They they wouldn’t take an expired registration in the car although the tags are new.Luckily the new registration was hidden.The driver was rude and had me put everything back (title…which they won’t take) in the car….Finally it is very expensive…188 dollars?? That’s a rip off and should be wrong…these people are money suckers…i am not sure what the average person can do….that is the worst experience i have had….at least when you come in to give so much money to your shady business …you be nice and courteous ..I feel so bad for people like that with this kind of job ….stealing money from the poor

This is a really shady business. Our car was in an accident and the police called BM Towing to collect it. The car was moved to a mechanic shop four days later, but we recently received the amount they charged for towing from our insurance, and it seemed incredibly high ($1,272.96 to tow a vehicle that is less than 4,000lb 8.2 miles). When I called them they were extremely unhelpful, and when my sister tried they were outright rude, kept hanging up on her, and refused to give their general cost for towing and storage. The rating for this business is oddly high considering how disrespectful and unprofessional they are, and I recommend choosing another towing company.

Not friendly at all, especially Sheena! ***Update*** They refused to disclose how much they charged for towing, just saying, "your insurance is paying for it." Well, now I know why...it was over $1200 for a 15 minute tow! And, we ARE paying for it, because the other driver was uninsured, so we're getting a fixed amount and this ridiculous charge will come out of our pockets. They are scammers...DO NOT USE THEM!Sheena, if you don't agree, kindly post the bill of what you charged for your "services"...I'm sure the public would love to see it! But I know you won't, because you wouldn't even show it to us!
